tonight, as i was relaxing - i wasn't even setting out to meditate, i saw a magenta glow orb (eyes closed) as i watched it, there was this black thing in it, moving.... worm like, but it didn't have any real definition...

any hints? i haven't seen anything like that before. i have seen the magenta color, most times that i meditate actually, but the black thing was new.

I will think on this for you..cause it sparked something of an experience i have been wondering about for quite some tie..maybe they are linked in some way. Positive note on it.. each time i had experienced this it had been with very positive influences on my life.

polgara could you be hiding a part of your personality from someone close, when in reality you know you should be more open with them yet, for some reason you are finding it difficult to approach?

i did a quick cleansing, but i haven't meditated since. hopefully if it was negativity, it is gone now. i do know i had some negativity building up... once i caught it, i have been working on getting rid of it (sometimes, it is hard to let go). But then after seeing the black thing... well, let's say it was motivating!

polgara could you be hiding a part of your personality from someone close, when in reality you know you should be more open with them yet, for some reason you are finding it difficult to approach? Skye: Is that a loaded question or what?

the only thing i have been secretive about is the spiritual path i am on. not that i am ashamed of it or anything, but i need to do it at my space, on my time and terms. the people in my life tend to be outspoken and pushy, and can be quite negative at times. so instead of having to defend myself and my beliefs, i have been keeping it quiet except for those closest to me. do you think that is what you are picking up on?

All day I got it's negative energy associated with a possible blockage in a chakra. I didn't get so much of your energy but maybe the person you saw. Since our energy affects everyone..mabye you and that person both have similar blockages...but definately negative.

Polgara, I do not see anything resembling negativity with you. The impression I got came as I read your OP. I felt as if your true self was wanting to come to the fore but you were determined to hide it from view.

Have you noticed recently whether or not different opportunities have arisen where you may have found yourself biting your tongue? If this is the case, it is time to consider speaking out and become to all the free individual that you already are to the few.

I know how hard it can be to stand firm with conviction when others are not on the same soul level, but I do feel the time has come to open up. There's no need to defend, tell them this is how it is and how it will always be. If they object it is their loss not yours. If you were going to try and convert them it would be more understandable. Their attitude is in the most due to fear of the unknown. It's is not their time yet, that is all.

i bite my tongue a LOT lately, but not with regards to my spiritual path, i can think of a particular subject/person but the topic isn't my spiritual stuff... i will need to think on this some more. maybe i do and am not aware of it.

I think you should also look at the meaning of the color magenta, and in what context it is. Also not just magenta but the colors that make magenta. Its no mistake that you saw magenta ,it must have some relevance.

very good idea. i had assumed it was just my aura or a chakra color. BUT, i found some interesting stuff.

magenta as a color symbolizes omnipotence.

i also found links to Entrepreneurism.

and : the color of the crown chakra, linked to beauty, creativity, and inspiration. also intuition, psychic powers and dreamwork

the answers are never easy.
