Every once in awhile I will have an off day where I feel as though my energy just isn't my energy. I am upset and I think a lot about the past and it just feels like a groggy mood. I had this happen yesterday and I grounded myself which worked a little but not much, later on I called back my energy and that didn't help, I also called on my angels to remove the feeling that I had and that worked a little bit. It was just a feeling I couldn't shake, but the odd thing is, is that is not my personality at all. Does anybody have any advice for days like this? Oh I also felt as though I was going to have an anxiety attack. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

There was an energy shift early last week which is causing some releasing. You feel very funky when you are releasing old stuff. This is all very good as when you are done your vibration is higher. Symptoms of releasing are:
It is hard to get things done when you feel like this but you aren't supposed to. You are supposed to just relax, take care of yourself, and wade through the causes of the emotions. By the latter I mean, if you are remembering a painful memory think about it. Try to find meaning, intend to forgive the person who was involved, intend to forgive yourself. Don't try to just stuff it back down, reflect on it. That is the emotion and memory you are trying to release. Oh, and taking salt baths really really help. If you are lucky enough to find and afford sea salt, that is the best to use. I use Epsom Salt which you can find in the first aid section of the grocery store and that works just as well and is super cheap. Be generous in the amount you use and run the bath as hot as you can stand. Only stay in there for a max of 20 mins. |

thankx for the info lovelight, I thought it was me being impatient with the rest being sick with the flu in my house. Next time I feel like that I'll remember what you've said before I doubt myself. Lovelight- how do you know when there is an energy shift? |
