Like Mecca said I would be very aware of my own thoughts and vibration to guard against projecting any negativity to fuel it. Sometimes it does take a while to rid yourself of these but through it all you will grow and learn. I would also make sure and spend extra time protecting and grounding. Ask for nothing but the highest and best.

Everyone will know I am sorry for not responding sooner! I have been saying it with each post My apologizes for not keeping you guys posted.

That night was very rough. I kept protecting myself, about 1:30 in the morning I started to feel sick and then I started to get sick. That lasted until about 4:30 the next day. I couldn't drink water or eat crackers or anything. I have no idea if it had to do with just my body or if it had to do with this entity that was in my room.

It crossed my mind that this was just a spirit in need of help, I actually at first was intending on trying to help the spirit until someone advised me not to, and as soon as I began to tell it to leave it was very angry. Not something I wanted to deal with. All is well as far as my health goes and that. Thank you all for the support I will now have a spot to come to (this thread) if it were to happen again.

I have a lesser entity attached to me. I have no idea how it got there but we have gone a few rounds. At first I trusted it then thanks to Kassie I realized it wasn't a good one and it started to take control of my body and my hands were cold and i put them on a bible and it started to burn I told it to get out of my house it wouldn't leave. i tried the archangels and it left once and came back. i have felt as though someone is holding a gun underneath my chin and i looked at my hand and realized that my hand was in the "gun" position. again I have told it to leave I have had an archangel come in and have it leave again and it is coming back. I have tried the nice, the meditation, and the get the hell out of my house approach and nothing is working. It cussed me out a little bit earlier telling me I would never amount to anything and that I was a worthless piece of sh** and I was a f****** b**** and I deserved to die. yeah no not fun. I have my control back but it still won't leave. ANY HELP!??!

I'm sorry but the "lesser" idea seems.. uh.. just, not right. if you asked for angelic assistence and it's still coming back then maybe there's a purpose. It might be calling you names and making threats but try showing it love instead of being annoyed or pushing it away. It could be an angry person that died and is stuck.
