Default Intense emotions....
Lately I have had intense emotions come to me. And its always the feeling to cry....what could this mean? I could just be listening to a song on the radio and all of a sudden, I get this intense feeling of emotions. hmmmm

Have you tried meditation? If not, I suggest looking into it.

You could be depressed. Maybe your loved one died, and its just now getting to you, or something along those lines. Definitely ask God for help.

okay... i lost my grandfather, whom I was very close to, last October. Maybe that's it??? I haven't tried meditation....I should though....maybe it would help! I just don't know how to go about doing that. Everytime I've tried in the past, it hasn't worked. Any suggestions???

Pray as intensely as you are able, and for as long as you can each day, and eventually God will answer your prayer. Separation can be extremely difficult.

For meditation:

If you have trouble getting started, I'd suggest an initiation of sorts.

Essentially what you need is for someone to transmit energy at a certain frequency to your crown, and then, once you've had that particular form of energy through your system, then you can theoretically remember how to "dial in" to that frequency of energy which exists in the air around you.

This requires you to be very open and trusting towards the people bringing you into their family. Definitely prepare for it. And, be discerning. Beware of false teaching.

The gifts that you have should be cherished and strengthened.

Here are two avenues you may want to explore:

Zen

Vipassana
