Default Precognition and Telepathy/Empathy
I have always experienced a type of deja-vu. I wish I could control it better. As I was doing research in the spiritual site, I have found that it's like precognition...does anyone agree? It happens to me quite frequently. And it's not like a dream. I "know" that I have done the same thing more than once. Actually, I have had this deja-vu for certain events multiple times. Usually, I become aware shortly into the moment, I kind of freeze and look around. As it is happening, I know what is going to happen, exactly what the other person is going to say, everything is in exactly the same location as it was before, but this time...I am just watching instead of participating. This is what I don't get, if I was there before, what it in the same timeline? If it was, then I was obviously seeing future events, and why wouldn't I notice that it was the future, such as my baby being older? If it was in a different timeline? How do I go back and forth?

Another thing I have always experienced is some form of telepathy and empathy. As soon as I meet someone, I can tell what type of person they are, whether we will get along or not, and other kinds of attributes. I have always been able to do this. I also have the ability to get along with almost any kind of personality type. However, there is a personality type that just "rubs me the wrong way" There are a few people in my life that I just can't get a long with. Sometimes I try really hard, (I like people to like me), but I just can't. I don't know what it is about that person, but there is something preventing us from a friendship, I don't know what. Does anyone else experience this? How do I confront it?

The deja vu thing i have a similar problem with... but what i came next in the deja vu doesnt necessarily happen...

with regards to meeting people and pretty much knowing what they are about immediatly - i get that too there are people i get an instant shiver a warning saying HECK NO!!! My advice on those feeling is STAY AWAY i ignored it and got burned... I dont get on with some of those in my extended family and i realised its not only me that gets rubbed up the wrong way but often them too - every meeting has its purpose just trust in that and do the best you can... ha ha ha even if your only polite coz you have to be.

Unfortunately, one of the people that "rubs" me the wrong way is one of my husbands best friends, so thats why I try to get a long with her.

Does anyone know how I can expand on these "senses"?

I used to get the "de ja vu" thing, it was like I couldn't see, I recognized the "feelings". That is when I realized I was empathic. At that point my "third eye" wasn't completely opened and I couldn't see anything. I happend in just split seconds. I finally help on to the feeling until I could "see it". You have already gone past that. Write down these "visions. Go more into detail, the surroundings, people discriptions, everything you can. Try to hold onto the vision abit longer and see if you get more information. If you journal your experiences, you will see where you need to expand on it, and you can track your accracy. The more you do it, the more it will develope it. Write down the basics, without trying to interpret it, like you see a large black object that is round and rubber. Common sense tells you it's a tire, but it could be a large bean bag, ect. Hope I'm not confuseing you. Ask your guides to show you the things that they need you to see, and to help see is accurately. Do this through meditation. As far as the "gut" feelings, those are your instimcts, trust me, go with them!!! If your wrong, then nothing lost, but if their right and you ignore them, it could cause alot of hurt. However, don't walk on egg shells, get to know hubby's friend and see if you can figure out where that feeling is comeing from, but it dousn't mean that you can't be on guard. But if she makes you uncomfortable, there is a reason for it. Find out way, and then you can come up with a resolution. I also don't want to make you feel paranoid, but I'm sensing something like, she "likes" your hubby or maybe that that is how you are feeling about her. Not sure which. I could be off on this, but the feeling is strong. Anywyas, hope this helps.

You just made me realise that I get Deja Vu way too much, I just forget it alot.

I like empathy I got empathicly sick once. The weird thing is that when she got better, I did too.

This has been another ramble from:

Hey Angel,

Thanks for the info...I will try journalling it. Infact, I think I am going to try journalling about everything spiritual I experience, I am so very interested in it, but it seems to be getting me no where. I have tried contacting my spirit guides several times, however, I have been unsuccessful. I have never noticed a sign from a guide, I'm sure there must be one around, otherwise, why would I be so interested in the spiritual world. Acutally, I tried one of the exercise in telekenisis yesterday and was successful at moving an object in water in the direction I wanted twice, which really excited me. I have great concentration.

Thanks again for responding.
