EternalNight That's it!

For me it is like the world I used to live in is a movie. I barely notice other people when I am alone. When I am with friends it is a bit surreal. It is hard for me to engage in normal conversations because I know that none if it really matters. There is this whole other "reality" that exists so much more vibrantly now. It is almost exactly like the movie The Matrix but the reality part is not dark and destructive. Awakening is being able to see, very clearly, beyond the veil that the majority of society sees as being fake and imaginative. You know how you read some metaphysical writings or listen to *really* in it deep metaphysical people and they sound a little nutty and flakey. Yeah, that's it. That is me now if I were to speak my reality out loud. Aliens, multiple dimensions, ascension, etc are all my everyday. With my third eye I see these "physical" changes with me. Even if I said it here I would sound crazy. I manifest things like crazy and my guidance is so much more immediate and clear. I'm still not entirely sure what exactly I am supposed to be doing but I know very confidently that I am on my way there.

I love these experiences even though it sounds unsettling. I am soooo excited about what is happening and I can't wait for it. I love being more open, more feeling, more like my energy is actually going somewhere rather than feeling like I am hitting a brick wall all the time. I love my abilities and I love feeling how I am being taken care of. We are all taken care of but now I feel it. I love knowing what I know. It is just hard to find others in the same situation to talk about it even in the metaphysical community which is why I started the thread. I still have a long way to go but I am so extremely grateful to be here.

I had the trippy Matrix experience once. I almost made it out, but they pulled me back in! :'(

I started over again, this time one step at a time, and I'm making great progress. Also, I'm going in the right direction this time, towards the Light Awakening, as opposed to the Dark.

Society is bondage welcomed by the sleeping masses, a "cloud pulled down over your eyes to blind you from the truth." Sometimes I will cause a nightmare to spread amongst a few of the beds; a few of the sleepers will cry out in their sleep, and then the agents will be after me, because I want to wake them up. The sleepers will return to their dreams, saying, "the veil is silly, I am not exactly as I perceive myself to be."

I don't usually talk about my experiences too often either, that's why I love this forum so much.

When I was 21 (i'm 37 now) - I had an 'awakening' of sorts - I'd been bought up an athiest - and suddenly I was surrounded by what seemed to be undeniable proof of 'god' or the 'creator's' existence.

My life changed forever, and from that moment.

It was very hard to talk to my family about it - and this is the first time I've spoken about it to strangers - - yes, you guys.

Then, there's the little 'aahhhh' experiences - the little wake up calls. I feel very young and inexperienced, and I'm learning all the time.

What are you talking about when you say you've been awakened? & what kind of changes, if you'd like to share of course! I'm very curious =)

A trusted mentor once used that word; said that I had "awakened", or at least that I was in the process of awakening. I'm unsure what the full meaning of this word is, though, and I bet people use it differently.

I guess to me it meant that I was rather suddenly opened up to the spiritual world. It's like opening your eyes to the sunlight when you've been in dim artificial light for a long time, or seeing something in person that you've only ever seen on TV or in pictures. Things go from feeling artificial, plastic, unreal and lifeless, to sudden vibrancy like you never could have imagined. And then along come all those crazy new abilities, or betterment of the ones you had... I guess that would be my own definition of awakening.

Hi,

For me it was funny do you know that picture of Jesus and his heart is a burning heart. It felt like my heart was open and full of love and compassion and love for others. Once I feel that happens your heart is always open to the spiritual world never really closes.

Sounds exciting! Even that what you're experiencing could be part of the movie. Awakening to that everything is a dream must be extremely peaceful. & yeah psychiatrists would probably think you're nuts =)

It is very nice and peaceful. Strange sometimes, but nice. I think that if people knew what was on the other side they would be a lot less skeptical and would work harder to get there.

For those who've awakened...have you gotten "gifts". Every night for the past couple of nights I've gotten these gifts when meditating. Last night I received these rings (wear on your finger kind) related to time travel and this gold/bronze pyramid thing that they said contained all the information and knowledge. I can't remember if it is ALL the information and knowledge or if it is just know to man, etc. But I keep getting things and I know it is to prepare me for something I don't know just yet.

I don't know what awakened means but based on your statement that it feels like you are on a certain phase which is different to the normal stuffs that other does, is that what you mean? just asking............
