Sweetie. This is not a guide but your own ego. Ego can be very negative and loud. Believe in yourself and ignore those negative thoughts. If you feel it is an entity. Send it to the loving white light. Tell it that you will not listen to its negative thoughts because you have the love of God in you and it is not welcome. If you still cannot get rid of those voices, visualize the hands of God, cupped, bathed in white light and place that shadow figure of the voice in those hands. Ask God to take that entity away from you forever.

They also fear the name of Jesus. So you can say "I cast you out in the name of Jesus Christ". I'm not even Christian but I will say the words if I feel they won't leave. Trust me, it can't stay around if you do all of that!
