i did a reading for a person and one of there loved one came through and in ther hand they held a small sun ,, it was shineing bright ,, my qustion is ,, what is the interpretation of this ,, to me it felt like speading sushine ?? im not sure,as i havent seen that befor ,,there was a loveing calming feeling with it as well ,,,
i would be graetfull for any help with this ,,

My instant sensation is - healing. chakra energy in the palms - healing through touch.

One way to test if the symbol is being interpreted correctly is by holding the image in your head - and interpreting it - if you are correct, usually the image disappears (in my experience) If I'm wrong, the image is persistent and may manifest again and again until I get it right.

My very first thought if I would see a sun would be ....father sun...mother moon....
then i would probably think masculine energy maybe needing to find feminine enrgies a little more.

But as I think about it I then would see the sun as insightful...loving.....radiant....kind..thoughtfu ll

But I agree with the others that one must interpret the symbol the way it holds meaning for them.... so it has more to do with what you immediately think of when you see a sun

thank you sophia,, it was a male figure who showed me the sun ,, i do go with the feeling that comes through with it ,, but felt it was more important than what i was getting ,,sometimes they show me things ,, and with out time to interpret them they move on to outher things ,, just to be confuseing ,, lol..

I think those are all great. I never even think about symbolism, usualy whe I give a reading, I just say what I feel come through or what I see. It may symbolize something different for the person your reading for. Like one reading I got the number 6,7 . I thought maybe the age of children, who knows. So I gave this person the numbers and apparently this is like a confirmation number from the guides. I guesse just go with what you feel led to do.
