Lately I am seeing invisible movement. It is a lot like the invisibleness of something hot outside like inside a car when you look at the window. Just today I was laying on my floor and the popcorn ceiling was moving like it was fluid and I saw a bunch of speckles. It was very noticeable but not horribly dramatic. The other morning when I woke up and was laying in bed I saw a tiny black rectangle pop in above my cat and disappear (she is old and not well health wise so if you want to tell me something bad I am already prepared). It was about the size of a tic tac. But I know it is energy but I am not entirely sure what exactly. I don't see shapes of anything, just movement. And I don't get any sense of good or bad...just very neutral and "just is".

Hey Love i am expriencing this too, for me personally i know them to be my guides and angels because they feel so warm, they come through visually so much stronger in areas where there isn't a lot of that electromagetic stuff (the bathroom is really good)! Hey i know this may sound odd but maybe you should put your arm out to them, i assure you that will feel their presence by touch

The cat is absolutely fine, i wouldn't worry about her, the triangle was probably an energy imprint from something you saw.
