Hello everyone, I am new on the forum, I just wanted to share an experience that has been one of the highlights of my life. I am 36 now but this experience happened when I was around 16.

I was walking next to a busy in street in inner city Edmonton, half of the block had been undeveloped, just an open field that I frequently walked. I was walking on my path, it was a beautiful sunny day, I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I was walking with my head down, looking at the ground, when I put my head up, I noticed that I was in a different place and time. I was an wearing a beautiful white deer skin dress, decored in beautiful blue quills, and my hair was long and thick and blowing softly in the wind. There was trees all around me and I was alone in this beautiful place. I remembered feeling such peace within my soul connecting with mother earth, the wind, the trees, the sun, and just enjoying the beauty of life. That vision lasted a split minute; then I ended up back to my present life, back in my shorts and back to the loud city sounds.

I was shocked and bewildered wondering what the heck just happened to me? I still wonder to this day, but I am spiritually awakening right now and that memory keeps popping up in my head. Was that a past life, a dna memory, did i time travel?

I must say that at this time in my life, I had no knowledge about this stuff, I was only 16, so it wasn't like i woke up that day planning to have this experience, it just happened.

I do feel blessed that it did though?

It sounds like you were given this experience at the very start of your spiritual journey to make you aware of the fact that there is such a thing as reincarnation you have caught a glimpse for a split second of a life that you have lived before that we live on even if our bodies don't this is just our vehicles to get around in while we are on the earth.

Yes, thank you for your responses, I feel too, that is was a past life, even though I was someone else, I still felt like totally myself, its hard to explain. So yes past life resonates very well. Another experience as a teenager, was seeing an elemental (who looked like a little gnome, blue energy, feathers around his neck), he was shaking a rattle over my sacral chakra area. This was during the middle of the night, I got so afraid that I jumped out of my bed and ran to the living room to sleep. I believe that little friend of mine is still with me but he never showed himself again, now I want all the spiritual experiences, and they never happed....Its weird that way Spirit works....I have surrendered though.

It sounds like you were pulled into the past for some reason. I didn't realise this was even possible. It was explained to me that it can happen literally or just by energies from your past tugging at you (which I have experienced). Sounds like a wonderful experience. I'm glad it was a positive one.

Yes, I am living proof that it can happen. It was a wonderful experience, and I think it happened so that maybe, I should be enjoying the simplicity and beauty of life, and just really taking in the moment.
