Does anyone know if you need to speak out loud to communicate with spirits or if they can communicate telepathically.

It doesn't matter how you communicate with them. They always know what your heart or soul is actually saying. Lets say for instance you ask your guides for help in finding a way to become famous and well known. You really desire it and have talked yourself into it. Deep down you are scared to be in the public eye and scrutinized every minute of everyday like alot of celebrities are. If you aren't ready in your heart and soul it won't happen. I hope this helps because I think your trying to ask more than just how to communicate. Almost as if you feel your not being heard. You are being heard but things will happen when they are meant to. Try and condition your entire mind and being around what you wish to accomplish. This will help the process and also help you see clearly if whatever you desire is right for you.

capnsturggler I just had to lol. I imagine you are really good a reading in between the lines with people. My intention of the post was because I am increasingly being aware of spirit energy and even seeing dark and light shadows. I wanted to know if I could just communicate telepathically (with the light ones..the dark ones know to go away) so I don't look like a ninny in front of my husband. But what you said is very on point. There are lots of things that I want to happen but I know there is a lot of fear surrounding it as well. It often feels like being asked to take a leap of faith even when you know it will all work out well. I very much struggle with having any kind of attention on me but I am being moved to remedy that which means I must need to be over that in the future.

Sorry, I sometimes have a tendency to just allow spirit to flow through me and give what I'm given. In this case I was shown something a little more in depth.

I totally understand what you mean by not wanting to look crazy talking out loud to spirits. You really don't have to unless you want to. They have many many different ways to communicate with us. Including symbols, messing with electronics. All those things are part of their communication process as well. So if you don't even want to talk mentally, visualize a stop sign and tell your guide that when you do this sign then you don't wish to continue the discussion. They will understand whatever way you wish to communicate.

Must be telepathically; I don't have to ask sometimes if I am wondering about something, I get an answer as if someone has spoken or guided me.
Then there are times something strikes me as funny or extremly helpful and I just have to say out loud: Thank you!!!! or Oh, how funny, thanks for the help/laugh/reminders.
