One night while staying at a friends I was sitting in bed having a smoke when within my peripheral vision I saw a deep dark shadow of a cat walk along the side of the bed on the floor its tail straight up in the air and the tip of it bent over like a hook. Next morning I told my friend to which they told me this was a cat that they had years ago that hed died and comes back to visit. Has animal spirit visited your world. If so let us know.

Ha. I've often wondered if this was possible and I don't see why not. I've sensed animal spirit but then questioned if I was realy sensing such thing or not. lol.

I've had this happen more frequently since I've been learning how to meditate. I have a black cat as a totem animal. The first time I saw him he was just a flash in my peripheral vision. Each time since then he comes more into my direct view for a longer time as if to say "can you see me? ". Other times I've seen my favorite yellow cat that passed away years ago. Just for a second he's there in full color, then poof! he's gone.

I love my animals. Sometimes I wonder how many are surrounding me that I don't see! LOL

Yes it is wonderful when an animal comes to visit you from the spirit world. I once was visited by a wolf could this be my animal guide by any chance? It was during a meditation I haven't seen it since.
