while meditating in a group i was talking to someone but suddenly felt a great jolt which brought me from my meditated state instantly.although mentaly alert and aware of everything i felt as if my body was out of alignment .my left hand shoulder felt as though it was down the middle of my chest and my right hand side seemed/felt to be outside my body i could not move my hands for minute or so i also lost all memory of what had happened while meditating.it was as if i had been shoved spiritually half out of my body.i was not bothered in fact i was still calm but just wondered if anyone could enlighten me to what this experience was.if you understand and can tell me i would be gratefull and will send you a healing for your time thank you..i have only been involved in spiritualism for few months and still learning.

im not sure if i can tell you what has happend ,but i have had a simila thing happen and what i put it down to was a spirit getting to close or evan overlapping you physical body.
when i have felt this going on its like somone is joining you and when i move thay try and keep up so the whole thing feels like moving in water , at the moment when this happens the spirit seems to move in from my right as well and it feels like thay are trying to merge with me. most of the time i can feel there pain of what thay experianced , one tried to join a while ago and thay gave me hart pain but it was under my right side and was slowly moving across by the time i managed to convince them to move off a bit i dont know if this helps, do you who it is that is doing this? i get the impression that its sombody who was close to you,,, ok,, my feeling is that it might be a woman just letting you know that thay are there ???? your feelings may have been running high at that session so thats why thay got really close to you. i dont know what the name of this is but i can identify with what you are going though ![]() ![]() keep going and thay will answer you ![]() ![]() |
