I've been downloading a nlp/hypnosis program off itunes, but haven't gotten to the meat and potatoes of it yet, when I learn something substantial, I'll post my thoughts. What do you think of it?

NLP is what Anthony Robbins is all about. There are lots of his books and tapes available at the library, I've checked some out and they are amazing.

If I had the $$, I'd totally immerse myself in it.

I do think it goes by different names, too, I just don't remember what at the moment.

I personally find NLP very interesting. The idea of healing trauma etc in a short period of time without having to repeat affirmations or to hypnotize is pretty good. I've had a couple cd's in my collection..there's one by NLP comprehensive. It's a very good introduction to NLP with some good techniques for confidence, vision etc.
