gah that sounds terrible, finding a group like mystic is a good idea but if you cant, always remember that you can ask your spirit guides and angels for help. Ask them to cleanse you and house of negativity, imagine a white light pulsating from you and washing it away telling it leave. Make a note that you only want beings of higher frenquencys and guides around you and no lower entitys. Your guides will be more than happy to relieve you of this anguish, all you have to do is ask .

A few months back, I had saw a dark figure walking past my room and into my daughters room. Werid things started to happen....the garbage can lid would sway by itself, lights would flicker, things would be moved from their orginanl spot. i decided to see if I could get him out of the house. So, I had a friend come over to discuss how we were gonna do it. While discussing it, my friend and I both started to feel weak and our chest's started to hurt. We wrapped it up and she went home. I went to bed that night and had the most horrid dream I've ever had. In my dream, the figure came into my room. He glared at me with a dark face. As i looked into his eyes, it felt like his gaze was chocking me. I could actually feel this in real life...when I tried waking myself up and out of the dream, I couldn't. It was like he was keepin me asleep. what could this mean? did he know that we were tryin to get him out andf he didn't want to leave? this has been sticking w me and would like some insight.

This sounds horrible for you!! Maybe you should try and find a spirtual group near you that do soul rescue!! Thi smay help, i would imagine it would!! I would want to get this sorted asap as i wouldnt want dark spirits sticking round my house!!

It may be some thing else, but no matter what it is you need to get this sorted, so i would start by looking for a soul rescue group!! Most will do this for free or a small donation to their charity!!

Eeeek.... I had a lovely lady help me with two entities, one which had been there since I was a small child, it went easily, as it was ready to go. The other one I had picked up at work. It went too. I had that same choking thing in the night. Get some help with this. Hope it all works out for you. I did cleansing baths for 10 consecutive days with Epsom salts and some rock salt. Also smudge out the house with White sage stick.

Dear Grapevine,
Only one thing will let them leaves your home no other things.
Recite the Holy quraan at home if you don't know run the recorder with some verses of the Holy Quraan and see the result. If the bad spirit was entering some bodies, you will see this body chacking and shouting as the Holy verses burn the bad spirit. The bad spirit will be the controller of the body. So don't blam the person for his actions.

hmm thread popped up again so if you are still having problems with this being, its a shadow being ive found some audio from a radio station with a lot of detail on the subject.. they're harmless but you have to face them and demand they leave.The hooded ones who appear to have no neck don't like to be seen and they do things from a distance so they'll go when you see them. The one with a hat is probably the one that was choking you, they seem to be the more game ones.
