I guess i knew exactly what is this but I need you to explain what do you exactly mean by "Reiki attunements". As I m from different culture, I don't know this. Kindly explain to me what does this word "attunements" & "Reiki" means? is it related to music or magic or something else?

Hi all,

Ever since my second degree attunement, things have been happening. Yesterday afternoon, I saw a bright blue ball of light travel across my kitchen. It was a bit of a shock, but I was more mezmerised *sp* than scared. Then, shortly after putting my son to bed, I was carrying the kitten down stairs, and what I can only describe as a "twinkle" traveled past my left shoulder. I would have thought I was losing my mind, but the kitten turned to look at it too. Later on last night, I turned to stroke the kitten, and I saw a black shadow dissapear through the ceiling. Once again, the kitten looked too.

The other thing that keeps happening is astral projection. I've tried and tried, on and off for years to do this and nothing has happened, but every night since my attunement, I have to fight against it happening to stop it. Now that it is happening, I'm scared. I'm also scared of the things I'm seeing. This is all happening too fast for me.

I'm wondering if the attunement has somehow opened me up to this?

Hmm I understand it all looks awkward and scary in the beginning because now your energy body is adjusting from the attunement and this will make these spontaneous projections and psychic visions occur. Don't worry as things will stabilise, try to enjoy the ride for now and explore!
There's most likely nothing to be worried about.. You're just more aware of energy, nothing has changed externally..

That was very interesting. I am sorry I can't really help you with your question, but I actually have a question for you...I have the same problem that you had, I have also been trying for years to astral project and I was wondering what an attunement is. I am sorry to turn your question into something about me but I've never heard of it before.

P.S I wouldn't be scared if I were you though because I think you are just entering a different state of mind (which is good) which leaves you more open to recieving and seeing.
