i always get tingles that resonates from my chest and depending how strong they are, they go throughout my body, sometimes my body and especially my hands will shake as if im not completely in control of them. They are always reassuring, i believe most of the time for me it is my great grandfather but i was also told that my great grandmother was around me too.

Its good to recognise this touch, when times get tough it will remind you that you are never alone in anything.

Every now and then I feel this pleasant warmth all over my back and have no idea what it is. You might think it is due to a health problem with my back but it really doesn't feel so. Besides, the warmths is really comfortable and pleasant. Any ideas?

Alot of times I feel the warmth I'm usually healing myself or healing someone else. We can heal ourselves even while unaware we are doing it. Also, perhaps your chakras are opening up more and flowing?? This could also be the sign you feel while you are connecting with your guide or angels. Kind of like a signature touch.

I know I listed several things but it could be any of them. I guess next time you get the feeling notice what your thoughts are or what you are doing. Take note and next time you connect see what the thoughts were again and compare.

Whenever I feel stressed, tired or upset I feel an energy on the right side of my head almost as if someone or something is placing their hands on my head to comfort me. I immediately calm down now and smile knowingly because I now know I'm not alone. It feels fantastic!!!! I just wish I knew if it was my power animal or one of my guides. I've been told by a clairvoyant that I have pixie fairies around me, maybe it's them. Can anyone tell me does everyone have fairies around them? It's funny when we think about the entourage of spiritual beings following us around on a daily basis.

Hi shmoo, I don't know whether it is your guide or power animal but the feeling you are getting is what some call a signature touch.

I have learned to recognize two of these. The most frequent and steadfast is a tingling on the calf of my right leg. The other which is less frequent is a very gentle touch on my right cheek.

I have read that each of our guides and angels have their own signature touch and the location of the touch varies for each person.

I do not have much information on power animals so I am not certain if they commuicate through touch.

That's very interesting, I'm going to be seeing an Angel Reader soon her name is Jennifer Clarke and she took Dr. Doreen Virtue's workshop, she is very good, I'll let you all know what I find out. If anyone can tell me it will be her. I absolutely love the feeling it's so gentle and comforting. Thank you for your information I will look this up in the meantime.

It's been a few days since I first wrote and since then I've been paying more attention to the feelings and sensations I'm experiencing. There are few more, I feel this stinging feeling in the back of my right shoulder but it doesn't hurt and there is this buzzing feeling on my left side of my head, I say buzzing because it feels like it sounds. I also had this feeling of someone rubbing my back right shoulder in comfort when I received some upsetting news last night. This is very interesting, it's like they know I'm now aware and they are touching me more or maybe they have been touching me always and I am just now feeling it. Thanks for the infor on signature touchs.
