That is so wonderful. My mom used to sing that song to me and my sister all the time. It was pretty much a sign that she was in a good mood. She would be 80years old this year. You brought back such wonderful memories, thank you.

I wanted to share a cool story with you guys... A few years ago my great grandmother passed away. The morning after her passing, my husband and I were getting ready for work and he started singing the song "you are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are gray...". I kind of looked at him funny because my great grandmother ALWAYS sang that song to me when I was younger (which my husband didn't know about,,,,PLUS, I've never heard him sing or mention that song before). After he got done singing the song he said "I have no idea why I just sang that song!". So, it was my grandmother putting the song in his head and it made me happy! Everytime I think of it, or hear that song I think of her.
