i've just come back from a lovely weekend away, and visited a very old stately home with vast grounds. in the grounds there was a large circle of big rocks, with a larger slab-topped rock in the centre. i have no information what this was used for, although it immediately reminded me of stone henge.

i always tend to touch things like this, dont know why lol and when i lay my hands palm down on the centre rock, i could feel a definite energy within it, sort of like a far away motor/vibration feeling. i was with 3 other people, and none of them could feel it. also it didnt feel like a dead piece of rock to me like the other rocks in the surrounding circle did. they had none of this energy when i touched them, just the centre one.

any ideas anyone? this is the first experience i've had like this, and dont really know what to make of it. thanks.

Hi. Maybe it was used for some religious reason, more so than any of the other rocks. I'm not sure how they are positioned so what I am saying could be completly unlikely lol. I suppose it could also have been used by someone as a favourite spot... when they were happy or sad, or just when they wanted some alone time. I suppose it's possible that it could have picked up on someone's energies.
I hope I'm not being too nosey... where did you go?
