Hi Helen I'm very sorry for your loss. I understand what you're going through. I lost my Dad when I was just 14 (I'm 38 now) and my Mum I lost 8 years ago. I still miss them and think about them a lot. It gets easier to live with over time though the hurt never really goes away. You just adapt and get used to it. Next time you see this light try talking to it. Say hello or something.

A year or two after my Dad died I remember I was downstairs playing on the computer. I was alone in the house. I started hearing these creaking and banging sounds coming from upstairs. I turned the volume up but the sounds got louder too. I turned the volume up again and the noises again got louder. Then I clearly heard footsteps walking across the landing towards the top of the stairs. Sadly I didn't know anything about Spirit then and was scared so I fled the house! Iwish so much I had stayed. Who knows, maybe if I had stayed maybe I would have seen him!
So don't pass up on this chance to communicate with your father.

first of all i am unsure where to put this topic,but shall i carry on with it then maybe u can tell me what it could be,
i was lying in bed on a friday i was reading a psychic book,he turned the lights off i seen something appear in front of me,it was blue and circle like it was moving towards me slowly then partner put the light on again and i seen it move away again and colour went faint.im a care assistant went in to work sat night for my 12 hour shift lol and at 2,30am i seen it again as i was walking it was moving anyone have any ideas ive never seen such thing be4.but my dad passed away june it will be 2yrs comming up. ive been thinking bout him alot xxxx a few people have told me that i have the ability and was wondering if i should do some course .i have also felt a hand on my head and feel someones around me all the time watching me,my daughter had just after my dad passed was playing the nxt min she jumped up and said someone touched her head and back,ive also seen orbs alot and i was thinking bout someone and kind of just came in 2 my head about her home and the colours .so what do u all think? i never got to say bye to my dad he died a week after his 60th bday i know theres a bond i luv him so much and it hurts more now as i have never had the time to grieve.

Hello, So sorry to hear about your dad. I know how you feel and it is so very hard. I lost my mom july. It will be a year this july 15. She was 79. It is my personal belief that it is your father. The only thing I could get was that it was a male. Sorry about that. I just saw a figure with no details except he had his right hand in his pocket and standing in a semi casual pose (if there is such a thing). If it is your father he is wanting to let you know he is ok and that he loves you. There is no need to say goodbye as he is around you. I wish I could tell you more but I do know that as you research and read about things like this you will see yourself open up more. I think it was your dad too. From what I read after my experience, any violet light represents a spirit guide. He was coming to tell you that your life is on track. This is all a part of the laws of synchronicity. Everything, every moment, everyone has meaning and is in our life to teach us a lesson.

I am sorry your dad died, but you should walk with grace and strength knowing that you will be with him in the afterlife and in many lifetimes to come.
