I just had to update this. I've been trying to sort out if my aunt Nancy's name coming through was about something not related to the meditation.

My uncle S.(Nancy's husband) was found dead in his bathroom Friday. He had been in the hospital the week before, but refused tests and signed himself out. My uncle P.(his brother) and wife went to visit him for their vacation, and he didn't answer his door even though the lights and TV were on. They eventually called the Police, who broke into the house and found him in the bathroom. So it's just very odd to me that I got his wife's name so clearly during that meditation, and I wonder if I should have, but didn't see this coming. - I had no idea that he'd left the hospital against his doctor's wishes, so I was surprised when my mom told me.

I will never know if I was suppose to sort out that he was going to pass away or not. I haven't seen him in years, and I don't remember my aunt Nancy at all as I was very young when she passed away. When I first heard her name so clearly, I thought it was so interesting because she's not someone I would think of out of the blue. Just now I wonder if she came through because my uncle was going to pass soon. Hrm.

On an unrelated note, I have to wonder if my Uncle P. is destined to find all his family members when they pass. He found my grandmother when she passed, and then traveled half way across the country only to find his brother as well. That to me is so bizarre.

I just have to say, the more I make time for meditation and spirituality, the more amazing things get. Earlier, I had done a meditation dealing with ancestors who watch over and help guide us from the other side. Almost immediately, I got three names. My grandfather, my grandmother and my aunt. This was interesting because my aunt died when I was very young and I don't remember her at all. So when Nancy was almost shouting in my head as a name, I was shocked but thrilled! I KNEW without question that this was my aunt.

Anyway, I fell asleep for a couple of hours and woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. I figured I'd just get up and start my day. I wanted today to be the day that I started my workout program again, so I went to find the CD and it was gone. I went to look out by the DVD player thinking I'd left it out there the last time I used it. The DVD wasn't there BUT...the DVD that was made for my grandfather's funeral was sitting there in plain view! I haven't been able to find that DVD for at least two months and it was just there! I must have searched there twenty times over the past two months and it wasn't there.

I thought what an awesome confirmation that my grandfather is with me, and I put the DVD in to watch it. Before it started, I was sobbing and I just couldn't stop the tears. Every picture brought tears and the music spoke to my heart. Toward the end, I started to calm down so I watched it again just being thankful in my mind and heart that he was near me tonight. The second time around there were no tears. I was able to watch his life with a smile on my face and the knowledge that he is still with me. He watches over me, and helps guide me. -- It was truly an amazing experience, and such a powerful acknowledgment. Wow!

This is so wonderful to have someone watch over you. I am also glad the healing process is bringing less tears.

It's funny because my grandmother always watches over me. I feel such a calm when I think things may not be so great. It's like an uplifting for me when I think about her.

Did you find your DVD yet? Try a small room in your house. Anywhere there is a TV.

Thank you. I'm still just in awe of the entire experience, though that is slowly fading into sleepiness. I guess starting your day 3 hours early probably isn't the wisest move. LOL. Oh well. I'll just have to go to bed after dinner tonight and leave the hubby to deal with the kiddies since he'll actually be here.

I never did find my workout DVD. I found the case, but it was empty! I'll have to keep looking, I suppose.
