Funny you should say that because that's EXACTLY what happened. The person who'd lived here ever since, also died here. We had to move some of his belongings out to make room for ours and actually there is still a lot of his stuff here. *thinking* "Apprehension". "Foreboding". Those two words keep popping into my head. Not sure why...

I have photos similar to these with some coloured orbs (gold and purple). I have a wonderful one with lots of orbs and a fairey by my window as clear as day. I dont know if the weather as anything to do with orbs appearing as i have lots of orbs appearing after it snowed. Mine are different sizes and colours. I have lots in the house also and they appear in all my waterfall photos. They have even appeared after the photo has been taken, by that i mean they wasnt in the photo and then they were, hard to believe i know.

I used to see them all the time with my eyes in my bedroom, hundreds of them floating around me it was quite freaky. I dont see them as often now as i got scared and told them to go away. Some proberly are particles etc but not all of them and not the ones you can see with your eyes.

I think orbs are some kind of vehicle spirits travel in as i saw a friends Dad in spirit at her house, he came with his dog and spoke to us. When he was going he changed into an orb with like wings inside or the wings where going so fast it looked like a circle and floated off.
The orbs i saw in my bedroom had what looked like a dragon fly inside of them with long wings, hard to explain but they where all around me and i could see them clearly.
Has anyone else witnessed these orbs?

When i see orbs they appear in a multitude of colours the most frequent colour to me is Blue, they are a bit like fairy lights twinkling on a tree and they flit around the room/area until they diserpear.

... I had taken from my front porch. That was a couple of months ago. Since then I've taken literally hundreds of shots, most of which were taken of a telephone pole in front of my house. I've done this almost every night for the last couple of months and things are getting weird. For starters, It's gotten so that I can actually recognize certain orbs that I've seen in earlier pictures which means some of the same ones return. When I say "Orbs" I mean any anomalous feature found in these photographs from orbs of all colors and designs to bursts of colored energy and small clouds that seem to move from picture to picture etc.

Now as odd as this may seem, I've found that on slow nights (read:"when anomalies are minimal or even non-existent in the pics"), if I get up from my chair and make the motions of going back in the house but while doing so, snap a shot or two from over my shoulder without looking, IT LOOKS LIKE THE LAWRENCE WELK SHOW ON STEROIDS!...

Recently the interior and exterior doors will close and lock behind us at random times and I mean fast, like go check the mailbox (10 steps or so each way) and wham, the door is shut and locked on your return although we never see or hear them close or lock because we're ALWAYS caught off guard.

The main sound cable for the sound on my computer, pulled completely out of the jack, just lying there waiting for me to find it...


...but yesterday, about an hour after I'd been locked out again for the umpteenth time, my wife and I were sitting in the living room, (It's just her, myself and our little dog) when all of a sudden her voice changed, (I was a little preoccupied with an on line Texas Hold 'em tournament at the time) as she carefully asked me if I'd been the one who'd placed the little stuffed animal bear our dog plays with, in the middle of the front room floor, sitting there bolt upright, arms down at his side, legs out stretched while staring at the front door. Neither of us had, so I'm thinking that obviously the dog must have done it.
That was until I walked back into the house after having thrown it on the couch as I passed by and found it in the EXACT same position, only this time just chillin' on the couch...

Did I mention the shadows my wife follows around the house lately thinking it's me she's following or how our dog is beginning to growl at odd times at nothing in particular and for no apparent reason?

... and I'm sure I forgot to mention the fact that the previous owner died on the commode a few years back and that most of his things were still in the house when we moved in.

Oh and did I mention I've photographed some pretty heavy orb activity in the dead space (no pun intended) underneath the house as well?? Because I have.

The whole thing is really starting to freak me out. Thought I'd share...

Interesting, thanks for sharing the pictures. I like the various orbs you caught on camera...don't think I've ever seen so many at once. As a matter of fact, this is the first time I've seen or even heard of colored orbs. Why do you think that some have color whereas most are just white?

Spooky about what's going on in your house though. So how long have you been living in this house with all this going on? Have you thought about moving or do you enjoy all the phenomenon?

Very spooky definatly. With the orbs, do you see them and then snap the pic or do you only see them when thepic is taken? Definatly something that could become a time consuming hobby though... at leastfor me

I have experience of paranormal investigation and taking pictures of anomylous lights. If i'm lucky i can see these lights with the naked eye, it's as though they are like fairy lights twinkling on a christmas tree.

I've had a look at your pictures and must say that yes there are some very interesting anomolys there, the one's i would be particually looking at are the one's that appear to be moving at a good rate of speed and the one's that are either white or coloured but are full. By this i mean they do not have a nucleus like dot in the middle, out of pleanty of experience and viewing of various photos along with sound advice from my paranrmal buddies it seems that these "orbs" are things like dust, water particles etc..... so although i would say you do appear to have something of substance there please don't be alarmed by the sheer quantity because the see through Orbs with dots are most likely disrupted dust particles.

The picture with the smoke like mist is also interesting, as long as no one was actually smoking in the area near to the time frame of the picture being taken. Sometimes cold breathe can create this effect as well.

I hope i have managed to help in some way to explain a few things.

It's always been after the picture's taken but lately, when they're bigger or brighter than usual, I can actually see them (along with all the dust particles that everyone likes to blame these on) as the flash goes off. Inclement weather... seems to make them more active. A random observation. =)

Everyone has their own opinions on "orbs" I look at things from a scientific approach as well as a spiritual one, that is why i have tried to find out with my own experiments how i could possibly recreate the most coomon type of Orb (the see through one). If you take an ordinary pillow or sofa cushion and give it a good wack then take pictures i'm pretty sure you would get an exact likeness of these common orbs.

You know paranormal activity seems to happen not straight away but after enough time for enough energy to be built up in the area and the spirit can then use this energy to create the phenomena. This usually happens after some sort of renovation of the place they once knew, things being changed and moved around differently to when they occupied the area. I think this explanation is quite likely.
