Default out of body?
I've had several strange "out of body" experiences, but I'm not sure if they were genuine!

My first -almost- OoBE was earlier this year. I went to bed and drifted off to sleep.. suddenly I found myself gliding through a dark tunnel with my body extremely shaking/vibrating. I was scared and woke myself up before the end of the tunnel!

Afterwards I have been reading up about the subject and found out I can reproduce my first experience and really get -out-.

Somehow I succeeded I guess. Although I still have my doubts if it was for real:

I went to sleep in my bedroom as usual, next I realised I was dreaming and became lucid. I thought by myself: "hm, why not take advantage of this lucid dream and try to phase out of body?". So I did, I concentrated on one particular spot in the dream and told myself I could get my vibrations at a higher level.

The vibrations came extremely fast (much faster than by meditation alone) and there I was! I floated upwards in a 90° angle out of the COACH in my LIVING ROOM?! Anyway, this was my first full OoBe and I tried to walk through the living room & while -floating very slowly and amazed towards the kitchen door- I heard crisp clear background music!!! (I never ever hear music in a dream) Before reaching the kitchin I woke up in my bed again.

I'm still not sure if this was for real, but the music playing could have possibly be some radio frequency were I've tuned in at. So that give me some kind of proof for myself..

Please leave comments/ your own experiences! Thanks

the first step to anything is to trust yourself...it sounds real to me but ultimately the decider is you because it was your experience.

the next time it happens, ask your body to show you evidence, and you'll probably get one..

Well.. it has been like 5 months ago I was really into trying this stuff and finally had found faith I thought.
Though a month ago or something I have lost faith & started to doubt pretty much all of the the things I experienced earlier this year.

Things would really be easier for me if I had some personal proof of the 'paranormal'. Maybe there is someone here who could be so kind as to give me a reading? Although I don't want to be annoying and asking for too much as I just signed up here anyway..

I have few out of body experiences myself too. I was asleep and then I saw myself floating above my body.. although I knew that I am sleeping on my bed but I am up here as well. I was looking at myself lying there and the experience was just too much for me. It was just so hard to explain the next day... but I knew I was out of my body. The other one I had was I was standing by my bed side and looking at myself lying on my bed.

I have read somewhere that if u want proof, try placing a book or an object somewhere in ur house and then when u have Oobe, place that book or object at a different place. The next morning u will know whether it was for real or not as the object would be at different place.

If you're interested in a reading, All reading requests are done at the practise den and you should read the rules before asking for one
