I take loads of vitamins and supplements to boost my immune system and i swear they work. Im hardly ever ill. When i get a cold once a year it only lasts a couple of days.
My whole family at the moment keep passing a sore throat around and im the only one who doesnt get it.

to answer my own questions...YAY....I have tried it once...when I was 9...i worked but....well thing was, my periods started when I was 9 and I bled a lot and was obviously feeling weak...it wasn't normal..I'd lose all my energy and so on...Anyhow, since my doctors didnt seem to care about it, we tried homeopathy and i must say i was cured.....except, I dont know if it was a good decision cuz now, instead of pasng out, I get these cramps! Thats my experience...my dad has tried it for his diabetes....it has only SLIGHTLY proven to work....he finds regular medication better for it. My mom has used it for urinary infection....she finds cranberry much much much helpful.....so its kinda mixed experience here. I know it depends on the doctor...but....just in general...has anyone tried it?

Um, as far as I know, Ashley, it's when they concentrate flower
essences etc then ad tiny amounts of the super concentrated stuff to
small amounts of alcohol to be ingested, but Mystic would know better
about that. In my experience it really doesn't work, but I have
relatives who swear by the relaxation stuff such as "Bach's Rescue

Well, i know homeopathy has worked for a lot of people. It is based on like cure. Homeopathy uses natural substances to heal...it is based on using similar substances to cure...kind of think of it as the rabies vaccine....same principles

What is Homeopathy Anyway?
Homeopathic medicine is a natural pharmaceutical science that uses various plants, minerals or animals in very small dose to stimulate the sick person's natural defenses. The medicines are individually chosen for their ability to cause in overdose the similar symptoms the person is experiencing. "Homoios" in Greek means similar and "pathos" means disease or suffering. Since one's symptoms are actually efforts of the organism to reestablish homeostasis or balance, it is logical to seek a substance that would, in overdose, cause the similar symptoms the person is experiencing. The medicines, thus, go with, rather than against, the person's natural defenses.

In essence, homeopathy is composed of two highly systematic methods: toxicology and casetaking. First, homeopaths find out the specific physical, emotional, and mental symptoms that various substances cause in overdose. Homeopathic texts have more detail on toxicology than any other source. Second, the homeopaths interview their patients in great detail to discover the totality of physical, emotional and mental symptoms the person is experiencing. The homeopath seeks to find a substance that would cause the similar symptoms the person has and then gives it in small, specially prepared dose.

I used to work for a dentist who could use homeopathy. He gave patients a choice of homeopathy or antibiotics for absess, infections,nerve pain etc, most would chose homeopathy, and it used to work.Have used it my self for ear infection.
