Default Writing In Your Journal Whilst Asleep?
This was a really strange feeling when I looked in my journal a few days later and found this account scribbled across the pages... Some wasn't even on the lines, so it must have been dark when I wrote it. It is very long. Sorry.

"Although I went to bed for an early night, I couldn't help pondering on the state of the country and the world and suddenly I found myself entering that state of feeling when I enter meditation.

Kumal, my Spirit Guide was already waiting for and met me with his usual smile and a hug. Thinking about what some people had mentioned about making sure they are there for your own good... As asked him those very words... "Are you here for my own good, aren't you?"
He put an arm around my shoulders and smiled. "What do you think, I've never steered you wrong yet, have I?"
I laughed and had to admit that when things had gone wrong it was when I ignored him. We started walking through the garden we visit a lot, and was
going to ask about then problems with the country, but he must have seen the images in my mind and said, "You must keep up with your prepping. Everything you're doing now will help you sometime in the future. All of 2011 onwards is going to be a struggle... It looks like. (?)

I promised that I would keep going with it. Then asked him if what I believe spiritually is real.
"You already know the Truth... in here." He rested a hand on his chest, then reached out and pointed to my heart and repeated... "In here. You know what is right and what is wrong."

Yes, I sure do.

I was actually starting to get gritty eyed and tired here, so I said my thanks and we said goodbye. As I was going to sleep, I called again to Kumal, but he was already there. Rested a hand on my head and whispered, "Go to sleep... It'll all work itself out in the morning."

Now, I'm sure you can understand why I was so flabergasted when I came back to my journal a few days later to find this entry. I do not remember writing it during that night or morning. The two messages... one very worrying and very practical, but the other more a spiritual confirmation to trust my own judgement.

Has anyone ever done this before as it's very new to me.

Joanne

Yes I have It's automatic writing. My first book was written like this. Sometimes 1/2 awake, sometimes not even remembering I picked up a pen.

Don't be worried about it. Just be happy that you did it

Oh thank you... Thought I might be doing something a bit weird for a while there.

So it can be an ongoing thing... Not just a one-off event?

Thanks, Ive been keeping my journal open with a pen On the bedside table since this happened. Nothing has, which made me think it may have been a one time event.

I'll also try holding a pen when I meditate too instead of just leaving it at my side.

YAY! Congratulations on the success of your auto writing!! I hold a pen and pad too when I meditate! I have a special notebook and pen that I use when I auto write..dont know why but they are to me like divination tools so I keep them away from all other energy and charge them like I would a crystal

Thanks. I'll do that. I've just bought myself a beautiful new notebook which I'm thinking of using... Although I have a favourite, comfortable pen which I use for everything and just refill, and is the pen I actually used at the time.

I have to laugh at myself though... I'm not sure if I woke my husband up with scribbling, did I turn on the lamp or just write in the dark? When he gets home this weekend I'm going to have to ask if he noticed anything or even woke up!
