I can try and tell you for what I remember. I don't know why it still hangs in my mind but after my last life, I think I got lost in this darkness.

I remember being lost some place, I was very sad, very lonely, I felt heart broken and betrayed. It felt like I was going to sit there and cry for eternity. All around me was this darkness, this place of nothing and yet I still feel like something or someone was watching me. I felt too depressed to move away from that place, I didn't want to go to the light because I felt so betrayed by it for some reason. It made me frightened and angry. I don't know how I went to the light, I think someone felt my sorrow and came to me and I that's how I met Alana, she is now one of my spirit guides.

I don't know why but it has hung in my head for most of this life. When I listen to certain types of music I remember those harsh feelings and that place that seemed so deep and black. So empty. It makes me wonder what happened in my past life to give me memories of those feelings in this life.

Anyway, from what I've read and who I have listened to I believe that the afterlife is different and the same for every person. The only thing I fear is my existence being shredded to bits, but even then, I have confidence that a part of me will be reborn into other souls and after I think about it, I'm not scared anymore. Even if somewhere, there is no existence, I believe that there soon will be and with that thought, I don't fear anything. I don't fear death, I don't fear existence.

I've been reading books looking for the answer to that question since I was 12. In some ways, I could spend years telling you about the afterlife and in other ways, I can't even begin to tell you the first thing about it (still lost on the 4th dimension thing).

Read and learn and read and meditate and read and ask and read.

We've got a book club going on this forum, and so far the books have been perfect for beginning to answer that question. Check it out.

I am of the belief that when we die if we have a easy passing and realize our true selfs we go straight to the light
where we are met with loved ones of old and new lifes. we have a party or reuniting celebration.

there we go before a council of masters where we are shown our life and how we handled it . If we helped or hindered or harmed etc. We are shown every ugly thing and wonderful thing we did and how our actions affected others. This to me is the true hell.

we then may make a choice to relax for a while.
we may go back to school or if we were a teacher we go back to that etc

Or if we had a hard time in leaving this plane and dont want to accept that we have left our loved ones here we often go to a healing facility where we are loved and helped to heal . Then we go to the council. we are not judged nor condemed by the council. there we discuss what we wish we had done different or what we feel we accomplished etc.

we then decide whether to just hang out for awhile and just play ....or go to school or we make a decision to reincarnate into another life. we may even decide to act as a guide or doorkeeper etc for another soul's life.

we may even have been pinged in our soul where we need to spend a long time just healing in a healing center or just being alone .

If we are a high level soul that has as they say been there done that then we have the option of staying and teaching and helping in the universe or of rejoining with our twin soul and going to the paradise of our joint making or of being rejoined back to the source energy.

we make all our choices of how and what we do .

this is my understanding of it all. not necessaily the truth but is what I have been shown in astral travels and in dreams and messages from spirit.

school is a place that has many corridors......in each corridor is a subject

science, astrology, different planes, about energy, etc etc
any subject your brain can come up with to google there is a classroom about and for it
maybe love
maybe compassion
maybe chakras
maybe meditations etc

I have actually seen myself in chakra class and also teaching chakra class..that was a cool astral trip

often you wake up with words playing in your head....it is at times because you are returning from a class on the very subject....try to stop for a second and think what were the words about..you then will see what the class you were in as you slept was on. we all go to class as we sleep when we are not helping others cross over or in other lifes in other planes of existance.

and there is nothing but love and loved ones on the other side lol !!!!!!!!!!!!!

we may choose to spend time alone at times....we may need loved ones every nano second,... i think it is an individual thing or issue.

i imagine we are so busy on the other side with stuff we cant imagine that we dont think of like needing to be surrounded all the time.

and this is just once again my thoughts and from what i have read and been shown of the truths of it all.... but they are my truths....so you must find your tuths.

I don't think it was a silly question at all! My Dad passed away 3 years ago and it has made me wonder much on this topic. I have read a couple different view points. Please post what you discover in some of your readings. A book I have not read, but has been suggested by several people, is 90 minutes in Heaven.

I dont think we will ever really know exactly what happens until it's our time to go but I do feel sorry for those people who believe that there is nothing waiting for us, the people who have the opinion 'once your dead your dead, your gone forever'
I personally find it a great comfort knowing and believing that there are passed loved ones waiting for us in the spirit world.

I was ill for a while. Once when it got real bad i was awake working and at the same time i was watching my life. Kind of like a movie. It was a very peaceful serene experience and I got to see things that i had forgotten and also feel some warmth that i gave to others. It was cool and strange. I don't believe it was a hulicination. Cause i was defenetely seeing things that i had forgotten about and defenetely happend. I remember thinking to myself. I heard this what it's like when you go home. So I thought to myself. If it is I'm not going! I got a lot of things still to do. I'm not at all saying this was a near death experience, just similiar to what i heard it may be like.

Through experiences that I have been guided down the 4th dimension has always popped into my mind. 4th dimension/heaven/afterlife.

I went to the movies the other day and watched Angels and Demons with Tom Hanks. It was pretty much Da Vinci Code 2. There was a phrase in there said by Tom Hanks that stuck with me fully...Scientology*Illuminati and Religion are one of the same, they say the exact same thing in different ways. I have found through guidance even in the bible that everything we do is there. I believe that based upon the energy levels of the Universe at whole, the time of consciousness, and even the manifestation of Belief that we are granted a new age a new beginning.

I am totally not knowing what trully happens on the other side for all when I feel about the other side all i wish to do is cry and get home sick. So i prefer to just enjoy the Now-Life.

The going to school every night and not remembering is something that really gets at me. I always wish to remember certain things that come to me and sometimes for the life of me it doesn't yet sometimes it does.

I don't know what this is either...I often have a hard time picking up a book on a subject cause i would rather Learn from JEsus and God the answers to my questions.

I had always thought of myself as a non-practising christian in that I felt I could communicate with God without the need for churches and church services. Between June 03 and July 04 I lost my parents and a much loved Aunt and Uncle. That shook me to the core, and made me question the existence of a God. My father was agnostic, and I became frightened that I would never see him again. He has appeared to me once since he passed over, but I have heard nothing from the others. I hope that they will all be there when my time comes, which I pray will be sooner rather than later. I do wonder whether other people in my life will be there, eg: my grandfathers, who I would love to have met, and one of my grandmothers, who terrified the life out of me when I was a child.
Sorry this rambles a bit, I hope it reads better than I think it does!

There is certainly life after death whether you believe it or not.We are sent to this world just not to live and roam around and die one day,it's for a specific duty for which we all have been sent and that's to worship our Lord and make him happy with all our good deeds so when we die we can live happily in the heaven forever.The idea is quite simple actually,but if you make it complex then it will be very difficult and complicated to you and you would get confused.Simple idea is that - we are sent to this world to worship our Almighty,so all human with good activities will go to the heaven and the ones with bad deeds will be thrown to hell.So it's now up to you to decide which way you want to go.
