Hi everyone
A lady friend came to me with a problem yesterday.
She says she is going through a Kundalini Awakening over the last 11 years and suffers from a huge painful energy blockage in her stomach chakra causing her to heat up dramaticly in that area.
Has anyone heard of this before? and what would be a good way of tackleing this problem.

Hi

Remember the basics when dealing with these things.

Two energies - the one, of the mother - is the serpent shakti. She's forcing recognition of energy body.

But it must work in conjunction with the father energy - the light -

The easiest way to do this is with love, acceptance, NO fear - and giving over of the self to the Self.

Then how to do it, depends on each case - and the above advice is a good place to start.

Mostly she has to move her ego out of the way and be ready to clean. The faster she accepts it and gives herself over to her transition, the less pain she will feel.

I will pass on the information and see how the friend goes with her blockage
