i do exercises to try and help my wrists with weights. i try to take breaks from typing but since i'm trying to raise money for food at the moment since we're out i'm on alot.
i've had decades of using my hands with repetitive stress and now i get pain even carrying grocery bags home..and no i don't have medical insurance so going to a doctor is a no go any ideas on foods i can take and other things to make my wrists any better thanks! |

Glucosamine Chondroitin i've had these bad wrists forever. it comes and goes depending on how much computer work i'm doing since most of my jobs have involved computers. |
