Default anyone have any ideas for bad wrists
i do exercises to try and help my wrists with weights. i try to take breaks from typing but since i'm trying to raise money for food at the moment since we're out i'm on alot.

i've had decades of using my hands with repetitive stress and now i get pain even carrying grocery bags home..and no i don't have medical insurance so going to a doctor is a no go

any ideas on foods i can take and other things to make my wrists any better

thanks!

Glucosamine Chondroitin or aka Shark cartilage.

Works great and is pretty cheap to get. The other thing is Reiki. Mine was healed with it. I have CTS too (carpal tunnel syndrome). We will send you some and see how it works

Puressence, you could try wearing splints or some form of wrist support, maybe an elastic bandage might do the trick.

I did that as well. Wore the splints when I was sleeping. It did help a lot to take the pressure off the tendons.

I sleep with my hands and wrists bent up under my body. Why? I have NO idea lol but I wake up with them in pins and needles.. quite a morning "HELLO!"
