Can being depressed alot and hanging around people that are always moaning and that are depressing affect your ability at being a medium?
Also can swearing stop you being a medium?

for me swearing was just part of the sign that i was filled with rage and anger although even during this time i was sensitive to spirit etc, the anger was what was hampering it, the negative people do have an effect on YOU as they suck you dry of all positivity. It was explained to me today it is the darkness's way to try to stop you from moving and expanding the light...

That`s so true.I try not to swear but becausei here it so much and get soooo angry at times it just comes out and then that`s it.gotta try and stop, think ill just lock my self away somewhere lol.Thanks ZenChi

Thats just it ZenChi i can`t the only way i can is by smoking and i don`t want to do it again,yesi have tried meditating here but it`s either to noisy that i can`t or i just can`t focus and loose track.
But hopefulyl in the new year with the circle at church i`ll be able to get more relaxed because the women told me they do meditating there.
