Hi all,
help me to see the 'good' in spammers...
They say all of life is for a reason - so what is the reason of spammers....?
Also - I used to 'hate' ****kroaches - and recently, I've been guided to see them as 'indestructable' and a sign of endurance at any cost... so - can spammers be something like this? like ****roaches?

I read this and looked directly at your tag. Love your neighbor as well. When we hate things we need to take a closer look at ourselves to understand where those feelings are coming from and why. Send them love like you would do to someone that has harmed you and forgive them.

Without bugs our eco system wouldn't work properly so there has to be a balance in everything.

Yes! You're right!!
I was looking a ****roach the other day - and I felt the revulsion in my body - it was cleaning itself - and I forced myself to watch - and look at such a miracle of creation.. and all the little 'demons' within myself are coming up to point at me right now....
I started two new techniques, recently, to help me not judge...
one of them is a yogic technique - sitting and 'chanting' silently- I am truth - sa ta na ma....
and the other - is that when ever I catch myself 'judging' - to ask for help from my guides - AND - to repeat 'I am you, you are me' - of course, doing this is forcing a lot of 'negativity' out of my system.... so - thank you for helping me get through this... its my big 'darkness' in me...
