I was thinking one day about things that can interfer with one's spiritual path...this is when masturbation came to mind...the question I have for you all is can masturbation block one's spiritual path and send one in circles surrounding with confusion...hmmm this is an interesting question and maybe a weird one to some...it came to mind and I just had to ask.

If you're not in a relationship it's probably unavoidable to some extent. I think it replaces real life vital energy with a fantasy, illusory energy, & in that sense is a net negative. Sending one in circles of confusion... yes. Temporarily at least but also psychologically & spiritually draining over time. Advise limiting it as possible.
