Let me start off by saying that I know this is a weird story but please don't judge me, this was years ago, I was young and didnt know any better. I am happy to have found this site to share my experience with you and get your opinions...


A few years ago, I went to a spiritual healer because I was having difficulties in my life and I thought that would help me with my situation(i was wrong and have learned my lesson). Well, the healer told me to gather as many half-dollars coins as I could and I did..i gathered nearly 40 coins put them in the tub and got into the tub with the coins and my body started tingling all over and when I got out of the tub it was this black slim piece of fleshy something in the tub, I took it to the healer and she stated that it was something that was in me trying to come out, she also ask for the coins I bath in as part of her payment. Well, I know she tricked me out of money and didnt complete my healing because she was too busy dodging me. My question is why would she have me bathing in half dollar coins?

To be honest I am more surprised why she wanted exactly this money you bathed in rather than why bathe in money..
My Goodness, why on Earth would you do something you don't even understand? I am not judging you, though, I hope you don't misunderstand, I am just puzzled..This is very strange experience. Also, please be careful, there are way too many people out there who can't be trusted. Spiritual healers are fine but remember that each one of us has the ability for self-healing. I know people are sometimes very desperate and need a helping hand but they are also vulnerable. Take good care of yourself and don't worry, time heas all.

I'm Wiccan and I have never heard of such a thing. The only thing that comes to mind is that the silver must sluff off some of your skin and make that black slime. So therefore it appears you have some dark thing coming out of you. Obviously it is not a true healing spell, but it must be a trick to make people think they are getting rid of nasties. She got $20 bucks from you? eh.. better than paying $400.00 I say. Luckily you realized it after. Just a lesson learned.

I've heard of people going to practitioners who were doing the same thing, except they used other things to make them believe there were bad energies around them and their money. This is unfortunate and happens every day somewhere I am sure, but fore-warned is fore-armed.

I wish it was only $20 bucks, no it was more like $2000.00. Its seems like every since then, I havent had much luck financially.

Wow Im so sorry. There are many (sadly) that are giving us real helpers and healers a bad rep.

You are not allowing yourself to let go of this and that is why you can't go forward financially. Your inner soul keeps feeling that if you were to give any money anywhere, you would have bad luck. Shake this off - forgive the fake and move forward. You may never forget but you need to give this person forgiveness for their trickery.

she's in another state which is about 30 min away but I haven't been there for a while now.

Hi Majastic,

Well it was quite a few years ago and I'd say put it down to experience its all part of learning you won't be ripped off again she knew exactly what she was doing so sorry to judge but that makes her not a healer but a bad person who ripped a vulnerable person at the time off. She will have to pay for this sometime in her life.
