I'm not sure if this the right place to say Hello, but here I am, so a big HELLO to all.
I'm Catherine now 38 with 2 children, a lovely husband and 2 dogs.
I've always been very sensative in general, but without any knowledge, just feeling. I'm suddenly drawn to learn more and understand more and a need to communicate somehow
I've been jumping around the forum reading bits and pieces and want to share this with you...
Around the age of 12 I woke up early in my little bedroom, it was light, to my left, standing in the praying position, I saw a boy/young man with shoulder length wavy hair. I felt comfort and went back to sleep. About 2 weeks later, same time in morning, I woke and saw just a face up in the right hand corner. I felt frightened and hid under the quilt. My dad, a photographer had lots of old photos in a box in the cupboard, I went through them and found the face, my mum said it was my Great Grandma when she was young. I didn't know her then and didn't recognise her face. I think she had past about 2 years before.
I haven't seen anything as such since then, but never forgotten. I don't know why, I feel quite emotional telling this.
