Most times I have to go back and read the answer and it always blows my mind.

This how it al started with me I felt a strong need to write and wow it went- it was the first time I really realized the information was from the other side it has always been very Love centered and healing.

This is interesting, I personally never come across anything like this before. This reminds me of the book 'Conversation with God'. I guess the author Neale Donald Walsch has the gift. He mentioned in the book that the words just come to him automatically.

I am sorry I dont know much about it, but here is the little I know.
Apparently the spirits/entities or deceased ones guide the hand so that it writes down messages from the spiritual world. I am however, not sure if it isnt a bit dangerous as not all energie is kind. I have heard of people being stuck with something telling them to do evil things and threatening them. I think, like with all spiritual work u have to be very careful and know what u are doing. i would think that anyone doing this kind of thing should shield.

I also don't know a whole lot about it. I do know that sometimes it can happen spontaniously without the person who is doing the writing encouraging it.
I would also suggest anyone who is thinking of doing it to be careful. Because it relies on a spirit controlling an aspect of the person it could be pretty dangerous.

I am glad I asked. Thank you for your replies. I asked because I've heard that it was the easiest place to start as I am trying to learn how to connect with the other side. I am completely in the dark, having just started my journey. It is very important to me because I lost a loved one & I need answers. Things have happened and I believe they were from her but I need to know. Does anybody have any suggestions or can anyone offer any guidance? Thanks again.

Do you know anything about grounding/centring and opening yourself up? I couldn't tell you if it's the easiest place to start because I have no experience but there are also other options.
Sometimes if you just relax and open yourself up you can get messages. Sometimes though it can be hard if it's a loved one you're trying to connect to because there is so much hope and expectations. Just don't give up

Hi ginahunt3, I sometimes receive inspirational words just by allowing my fingers to type what comes to mind, without thought as to whether or not it makes sense. Some of the most beautiful words have come through.

I sat down and thought of your post and this is what came. It seems a bit broad based but perhaps it has meaning for you. I have an afinity towards poetry so the words usually come through that way. But I did not feel as if I was directing the word flow.
