I have a short 2 minute relaxation mp3 in my ipod and I use that very often especially at work to unwind and start fresh.

I'm a bookworm. I love relaxing and getting lost within a good book. Give me a good book and I'll finish it in a night. Not recommending that though...besides throwing your sleep pattern off...it's sooooo totally fustrating to finish a good book and then have to read a 'just ok' book for the next day or two. lol

I haven't read fiction for such a long time now. I used to read a lot of books and these days it's just non fiction if I do end up reading but I agree on how lovely reading is.

One way I relax these days is also listening to audio books (mostly non fiction) but still, just change the topic and you're feeling better

Love,

Mystic

I love to lie in bed, and think of everything under the sun

and I love to have a nap in the middle of the day, especially if its warm and sunny outside .

If I need a mood booster, I watch an episode or two (or 10) of Sex and the City. And if that doesn't work I listen to Don't Stop Believin' by Journey. I can't help but to be in a good mood after hearing that one!
