Saying Thanks is probably one of the greatest things we can do..
Did someone go out of their way to help you or someone? WHy not say Thanks for what they do and for being a small part of their expereince... PLus, saying thank you every night, I have found, is probably one of the best things ever... Ok..so..who do you wanna thank today? |

I want to thank everyone who works at the EMS sector. I have a great respect for each and everyone of them. I can't imagine all the work they do, putting themselves through so much every single day. I mean, I get down when someone's sick around me...I can't but wonder how they go through everything and provide their best for everyone.
It must be such a great job to save lives. I can't imagine how they live through the siren, the dead, the injured every single hour of the day..nonstop...completely beyond me. I must admire them for their courage, their patience and their dedication. Its such a thankless job but one of the greatest IMO |

One of the best jobs in the world I must say....If you sit down and think of what you're doing and how much that means to the world. Sadly though, depression is the highest among them...which does make sense...I think we all need to tell them more that we admire them absolutely so much... I think we need Health Worker Appreciation days..I am not kidding...look at what they do for us.. P.S. Thanks for starting the thread! |

Excellent thread!
First, I want to thank my boss for inviting me to a meeting in which I was able to contribute and, I think, make a positive difference. Second, I want to thank Pam because she is sick and still manages to ask me about my day as soon as I get home. Every day and night, I thank the troops and their families for the enormous sacrafices they are all making. There are many others. However, this thread just made me realize how often I go without saying thank you to others. So,.....that being said Thank You,..Chris for starting this thread |

Quite honestly, I want to thank my mother.
She has always gone out of her way to give me what I needed, and what I wanted. Still, today, she never ceases to. I love her so much, and I wish I could ruly express how very thankful I really am. But it's so hard. I'm the silent type. I don't like expressing my emotions; I always hide them. to have to say thank you for many things is such an effort. I don't know why, it just is. When I don't really mean it, it comes out easily. But it's when it actually means something that I just can't get around to saying it, or anything. I really wish I could thank her. She deserves more than anyone. |

I would like to thank my mother who is loving and supportive no matter what crap I am facing....lol....and also my goddess who I thank every morning and try to thank every night. Everyday can not be a bed of roses like we would want it to be but I feel like I am a more patient person these days. Don't know if it is because I am getting older or if it is because I am too tired to stay mad all the time.
I also want to thank everyone at spiritual blessings...for listening to me when I need it...giving me wonderful advice even thought I may not want to hear it...and for the great readings that I receive....You guys are TERRIFIC....HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!!!!! |

Where do I start........ All my wonderful friends who stood by me after my beloved died. My sons, daughter in alw and grandbabies for being there despite there own grief. My angels for holding me up when I felt like crumbling. Most recently - an internet friend who offered me her home to repair myself and all her freinds for making me feel welcome. Rain, yes rain , after being down in Victoria and seeing how dry is it, I am grateful for all the rain we have had up north. Thank you to my no.3 son for not having wild parties and keeping the house clean while I was away.
