Anam Cara means something like 'soul friend'. We may be this to other peopel, but should definitely be this to ourselves.

As we stand at the cusp of our western year markers I thought that it might be a nice idea to give something to ourselves. So this is the place. Many of us are healers or teachers, in however formal or informal a fashion. One of my observances is that this kind of people, who give to others throughout the year, can sometimes neglect themselves. So please take this opportunity to say something nice to yourself about yourself and wish yourself something lovely.

El, you're sensitive and caring. I wish you clarity of vision and lots of nice cake thru 2007.

This is lovely...I'mglad to have it back (we did this a couple times in the old site)...one of the best things I must say...

Here's what I want to say to myself: I am reallly happy with the way I dealt with everything this year. I'm proud of my self esteem and everything I have done
