can someone tell me if i am correct on this? that color is manafested from pure consciousness? that there is other colors that await us on the other side> that we have never seen.

first off, i don't know. i just thought i'd give this a bump as i also thought it was interesting.

as far as i know, the rods and cones in your eyes, and pineal gland ( i always laugh when i see people refer to it as the penial gland - haha) are what transfer photons into the visible spectrum of light, or at least into a form that the brain then transfers into the visible spectrum of light. white is the reflection of all colours at once and black is the absorption of all colours at once.

on the other side...i imagine that or senses would be enhanced that we could see further into the infra-red and ultra violet spectrum. however, i'm not a scientist or any kind of expert. i guess eat a lot of carrots and hope for the best.

if you look at the full spectrum the visible spectrum is very small compared to the rest, i've also thought about this. it would be really cool if that was the case, i bet there's hundreds of colors we can't even imagine yet!

im no expert either, but being that everything is an illusion. at the same time its a collective illusion, not singular... and the color seems to be caused by different degrees of energy... it doesnt make it any less real though.

i would like to say thank you to all that replied. the riesen i started this thread is because when i close my eye's i can see a tiny light that looks like a star. and i am trying to get closer to it, but it fades away when i do so. and there has been a few times that i have seen very sharp colors radiate from it. is this coming from my pineal gland? and why does it fade away? i want to find out what's inside that light?????

it seems to me that you might ask another, aside from the lovely folks in this forum. you are an immortal being with more answers than you know and, also, an individual part of a greater whole with a vastness of memory and knowledge and wisdom. in my experience, it is always wise to ask your higher knowing, the part that ego does not recall being. or ask the question as a gift to the universe. the logos seems to love answering questions, though it also works on kronos time, which means one must be patient for the reply. it may even come in the form of dreaming. to have patience and the knowledge that an answer will come in due course is the way i have found. but the universe is full of joking- the answer to one question usually leads to many, many more!

i've been reading the law of one book ii, & in session #40, ra says "however, the frequency that is the basis of each density is what may be called a true color. this term is impossible to define given your system of sensibilities and scientific measurements for color has vibratory characteristics both in space/time and in time/space." so to me, this seems to say that colors are part of the designed octave system of energy densities and energy centers of the human body. these 'true' colors don't change. they're part of the program, like the sacred geometry so i'd definitely call them like a foundation of reality/truth for all entities. but like somebody said earlier, when you get down to it, ultimately everything is an illusion apart from the one source/creator/everything.
