Default Time for me to ask some questions.
so i "woke up" a little over a year ago and all this information on how telepathy, levitation, frequencies and vibrations was downloaded into my being... i then started reading.

i have a friend who is also in the process and has talked to me about some things, but i figured i would ask everyone on the board for some guidance and some help with things.

im 22, right now i do not have a job, i have no insurance on my car, which does not really bother me too much because it gives me time for other things. i meditate about 2 hours or more a day. i got into meditation about 8 months ago and it is my favorite thing to do.

now, i often get muscle spasms. this can be any where from my feet, my hands, legs, really anywhere and they will last for a while. they dont hurt, i actually watch them and just deal with them. is there are a cause for this?

when i sleep at night, i have about a 50.50 chance of remembering my dreams, but either way its like i never sleep. i wake up tired, exhausted, and often feel like sleeping again.

i know i have 3 advanced guides. one has come through to me in a dream voice that was so powerful that it left me speechless and at a loss of breath the voice was so booming it was like zues speaking through a megaphone. this was when i was just waking up, i couldnt move... and i kept hearing a vibration until the voice came through. i have also had dreams where i was around beings that were teaching me metaphysical concepts and ascension, one where i even seen my body turn into light and all the atoms of my body lit up.

is there such thing as meditating to much?
what really happens when you raise your vibration, and keep raising? what will happen?

i read alot about this, have found some things, but i figured i would ask you great people on the forums for your input and ideas. anything would be helpful. there is so many ideas and opinions on it it sometimes can get very confusing.

with everlasting love and light,
-john

hi john, just saw your post, even though it's been a couple of days. you ask what it's like when the frequency goes up. in my experience nothing happens until i'm really ready, so when it happens it is natural and blends right in with my life. a problem is that we have concepts, and these concepts have no basis in reality, true reality. that reality is far beyond anything this tiny mind can comprehend, so there's no point in trying to grasp it in that frame of reference.

back in my younger years, long long ago, i expected a spiritual awakening to be like fireworks. instead i realized finally that spirituality is nothing more than being in the moment, doing the next right thing. what a mind blower that was.

about your muscle spasms, i don't know if it's the same as muscle cramps , which is what i get, but i've found that drinking a sport drink (it has some kinds of minerals or whatever in it) makes them go away. it seems to be some kind of mineral deficiency.

i had to laugh when you asked about meditating too much. there are tibetan buddhist monks and nuns locked away in caves and such in the himalayas who meditate every waking hour of the day, for years! and years! they are special people who are helping raise the consciousness of this planet.

i can't sit still for one minute, so i gave up trying to meditate years ago. not everyone is a meditator. i try not to feel inferior or lacking, because meditation is given such a big emphasis in this game. i find i'm evolving quite nicely, i'm stubborn and resistant to anyone telling me what to do, and i especially can't stand "how to" books.

more than anything, i find it important not to get too serious about anything, to find humor, to laugh a lot. experiencing joy is what it's about, i believe, without that, there's no point.

about your muscle spasms, ... it seems to be some kind of mineral deficiency.
that's correct -- the muscle spasms usually means that one is short on minerals. one good way to correct them is to buy celtic sea salt, the kind in small chunks (like grape nuts cereal-sized) and take the salt (a little pinch) in a drink that also has lemon juice and a dab of maple syrup. that ought to re-mineralize one's body and eliminate the muscle cramps.

the celtic sea salt is loaded with minerals from the sea -- forget any other salt, just use the celtic sea salt and it is available in any good health-food store.

that is so funny you say that and brought a huge smile to my face cause shortly after posting that thread i thought to myself... "thats a ridiculous question, there are tibetan monks that sit in caves for days and weeks at a time meditating."

i thank you for your words. i meditate about 2 or more hours a day, i try to at least get 2 in. i love it, and if i could i would go join them in the caves to tell you the truth. the spasms (like the inside of my legs, arms, back at times, chest...ect) will pulsate. like tighten, then loosen and do it very rapidly. there is no pain to it. i did some thinking and research on the topic and came to the idea that it is kundalini. since im in deep meditation for long periods of time... im sure this is bound to happen.

i actually had all these questions answered shortly after i posted, which i find a wonderful synchronicity.

i agree with you full heartily to laugh and find joy in things. i try and find joy in everything... but somethings... i just cant resonate with. haha.

thank you again!
