hi all,
i thought this would be a fun discussion as we end this remarkable year, 2008. who do you think deserves to be the 'person of the year' in relation to the theme and nature of this website? for my part, i would nominate [name]. her bravery regarding the message she delivered is not to be taken lightly- and ultimately she had to go through the worst of it when things did not manifest as expected. however- the real impact of her message (and some would argue the real intent behind it) is that a large number of people have awoken to the metaphysical / spiritual world that's out there. i had always been aware and slightly intrigued by the phenomenon that is chanelling, however i never gave it more than a fleeting moments thought. that all changed in the months leading up to and now after oct 14th. i've gotten very, very interested. i'm working my way through the law of one, reading up on other related materials, going through dw's archives, buying books and talking to people who have direct experience. it's made a huge impact, an abrupt awakening if you will. and it's served as the final death blow to my agnostic way of life, thank god! happy new year, all! [moderators remind all that reference to channelers and channeled material other than that mentioned in 'david's recommended reading list' (found in the 'announcements' section of the forum) is considered off-topic] |

i nominate every awakened lightworker who, inspite of incredible odds and
daunting challenges, manages to radiate love and light during this difficult time of change and transition. i nominate the protection, guidance, and support teams of angels, et's, and beings from other dimensions who gave up their comfort, family, and familiarity to help their spirit brothers and sisters in roles that are too often thankless. i nominate all the un-sung, under-appreciated, and unrealized heroes of the now, and what will become the now. |

i thought this would be a fun discussion as we end this remarkable year, 2008. who do you think deserves to be the 'person of the year' in relation to the theme and nature of this website? the beauty of this movement is that it is de-centralised. and for a good reason! concentration of power eventually corrupts and only mirrors the structures of the illuminati. large groups of self-motivated and autonomous people promote and advocate the truth all round the globe. in all countries, in all regions.
any time a figurehead gains promise, that individual can be targeted ans smeared. they can be bribed, and subverted. in fact, much of the dis-info that we see are deliberate attempts to co-agulate a group around which people will cluster. then, much easier to deal with. the way things are now, as they are on the web, are loosly connected waves of dissidents and truth seekers. arriving independently at similar conclusions. something rotten with the system. and so we each promote the cause; day by day, through individual example. there is no messiah coming to save us; there never was. all we can do is save ourselves; and in doing so, we save the world. |
