hello folks.
the name's ben, i live in quebec, canada. i read a lot of david's stuff and did my own researches for about a week from now, and i really like his stuff. i hope being on that forum will give me more friends ![]() personnally i do not meditate, but i'm trying every night. i think i'm doing good as i feel a little *pressure* between my eyes. and i'm beginning to feel my head being completely empty for about a second but i keep coming back quickly... as a reflex. but i hope my first experience will be good ![]() one other thing to share openly with every of my new friends here. i just watched the project camelot interview and something really got my attention. in the first part, around 41-42 minutes, david says.. .... soul mate and secretary. i heard all the inside stories you don't usually hear including the fact that he stepped on a stick and is went trough his testicle. that little story actually happened to me when i was 4. i was playing leapfrog with a stick. hehe, and guess what happened. opened my *pocket* and needed 61 points to get it ok. though i don't know if my testicle died, but i don't think so. this day is very well deep in my head. i remember every single detail, from my pyjama when it happened, to the doctor saying, you're a champion, and giving me a red lollypop ![]() hopefully, i do not remember any pain, but sure i did scream and cry, at least i remember that ![]() so that's my personnally story i wanted to share, cause david, in his interview, had no logic reason saying that he knew what happened to casey with that story. so that's what make me feel i had to share this with you guys. i'm sure that was probably not intended to me, but at least i'm here speaking with you and i hope to make some new friends here even if we won't meet in real life. good day to you all and send you all the love i can |

welcome to the boards, newish here too.
glad you find the information helpful and it resonates with you. for meditation, dont pressure yourself. dont force your self. there is no right or wrong way to meditate and i strongly recommend focusing on your breathing that way thoughts tend to stay dormant a little more. good luck to you, be love, be one. |
