Default The speeding up of time and the metabolic effects on the body
so time is speeding up without us being aware of it. could this be part of the reason for there being an obesity epidemic at the moment. obviously there are other factors to look at such as what is being eaten, exercise and the metabolic rate for the person concerned.

if the people are eating three meals a day which is no longer a day, but a much shorter period of time, then they are really eating a great deal more than they should.

the reason i think of this is since i awakened, i've not been eating as much. sometimes only one meal a day and a little snack. i don't exercise that much and only eat when i'm hungry and not when time dictates i must eat.

so from this i guess that to be in alignment you need to manage your eating.

tell me if i'm way off the mark as i'm quite new to all this and have lots questions.

hello tigermoff, welcome!!

great topic! i find that it is common for awakened beings to have an acute sensibility to what is ingested into the body. also a natural urge to cleanse and reguvenate leads to occasional fasting or eating less. when we realise the energies involved and especially the intentions behind them we tend to take a much longer look at what we eat and by the time we make up our mind we sometimes loose apetite. that is why i have devoted some of my focus on finding foods that resonate with me, preferably foods that were surrounded by positive and loving intent during its production. jmho..........................sylvain............. ....................

as there is a greater influx of higher density energy, there's a much higher frequency of experiences in which we face ourselves/our main personal issues. this sort of thing can, naturally, cause anxiety, depression, insecurity, etc. feelings of such nature easily lead to addictive behavior, yet insatiable desires. since most normal people won't just dive into whatever drug they can get their hands on, they use things like food, or negative outlets to deal with their anxiety and time.

i'm not saying that all obese americans are overweight for this reason, but addictive behavior is a condition of 3rd density when balance is not understood or felt.

i've had much less of a desire to eat lately. in fact, sometimes i'll eat one time in a day simply because i don't get at all hungry. this can't be healthy, but it seems far more feasible than i would have imagined.

i believe it more feasible too. i've come to understand that my body doesn't need all the food i kept shoving in it. oxygen and water are important + what you eat should be nourishing. i find people eat mainly for comfort. once awakened there is no need for this comfort from food.

the body can go for a long time without eating, and i think one good meal a day is fine along with a little grazing when required.

fasting is supposed to be good for being closer to the oneness in meditation and you find this in a few of the different religions. [please pm for name] who meditated and fasted for 21 days what then shown the way of reiki.

the following quote is an amazing one! its funny becaause 2 days before i read this, i thought it and started acting it immediatley! i believe this quote is outlining the reason for those that are awakened to experience different eating habits. after i was fully-awakened from a half-awaked state, and endeavored on my healthier journey via diet, i experienced amazing results! i felt healthier than ever, didnt need coffee in the morning, slept a million times better, didnt struggle to wake up in the morning, and lost 13 lbs without changing my exercise habits or even thinking that i wanted to lose weight! check this out:

" when you do not know that you need fuel for the increased frequency, then the foods you consume do not bother you.

when you are on an accelerated path, the foods that you consume can either make or break your energy patterns."

i think that we start filling our lives with "3d" material things, such as food, drugs, alcohol, coffee, money, cars, etc etc. and when we are fully awaked, our higher-self just puts into us that, "hey, you dont need all this c***! spirituality (or whatever name we give it) is enough to keep you full!"

i started this process without thinking twice about it or even contemplating very hard. i just got this message in my head that said "i dont want to eat c*** anymore. i dont need this stuff to keep me full, my knowledge is keeping me full!" i was a major junk food eater and was always eating when i was bored. i stay active enough to not be overweight, but i realized i was literally trying to fill that emptiness that i didnt even really know was there!

now, i look around and truly see what people stuff into their lives, be it food or money or drugs or whatever, to find love. and even if that love only last for 2 minutes or 2 days, they continue and continue, and never realize, hey maybe i need to change what im doing to feel "full" or feel love. i look around now, and see those genuinely in need of love and nothing more. i believe that this is why addiction has become such a problem in the last decade or so....

those of us on a rather accelerated path have realized that we dont need to fill our lives with 3d materials to be complete or full or happy. i wish nothing but for this realization to happen upon all!! :d

i'm glad some people are feeling the same way as myself

the day i started feeling different about myself was the last day i drank alcohol. i wouldn't say i was a heavy drinker but i used to drink two or three times a week. since that day i have not felt like drinking and each time i went to drink a beer i was put off it after a couple of sips.

so why is time speeding up? did i miss something some new info? hi nodin_reverse, welcome to the forum!!!

time seems to be speeding up, yes indeed, and one of the reasons is because we are being exposed to more and more catalyst. the mayan calendar along with numerous sourses seem to suggest that we are progressing through cycles of consciousness that increase in vibrations and densities therefore increasing the amount of experiences in the same amount of time.....................sylvain.................. ..

i also noticed i was eating much less, and i agree that time seems to be accelerating (and that there is definitely a consciousness-shaking event coming around the corner), but i had never tied the two concepts together. interesting!
