Default Sleep and aliens
i have a question. every time i start reading something spiritual or meditate i always fall asleep. many times i wake up suddenly and i see an alien face, it looks very white with black eyes- large head small eyes. i should be falling asleep because i get enough sleep every night. had this ever happened to anyone else? why can this be happening. are negative beings trying to prevent my spiritual growth? or are positive entities trying to send me a message?

possibly your mind is fighting the new information because it contradicts currently held beliefs?

it is impossible to answer your question. only you can find the answer as none of us can live it for you. what do you feel like when you awaken? how does the face you see make you feel? is the sleep a restful one or do you wake up feeling agitated.

the workings of the higher densities are not to be understood at this point in our path. the possibility/probabilities of what is happening are as infinate as creation itself.

perhaps positive energies/entities are re-wiring your meridians to align with the instreamings of energy that our planet is traversing through.

perhaps negative entities are using the sleep state to download information after you begin reading because you are in a receptive state.

if this always happens i would assume you have not been reading spiritual information for long as that would seriously impede a long distance study of such info.....

maybe you just find it boring.... hahahah

when i began my search i started with all the old texts. the torah, the q'uran, the holy bible, the bhagavad ghita etc. most of these books put me to sleep when i would read them, i usually read them in bed because i knew i would be napping soon. and to be honest its because they did bore me, but they were the foundation of my knowledge and i knew i had to read them before i moved forward and so i did. actually it was the eastern texts (bhagavad ghita, mahabharata, epic of gilgamesh and the toa te ching) that really began spiking my interest and i no longer dozed when i read....

but once again... how do you feel emotionally before, during and after? that may be an important key to the what/why.

continue spiraling ever upwards,
austin

ohhhhh yessssss!!!!

when i have tryed to meditate my body goes into slight convulsions and a alien keeps appearing but my alien has big black eyes not small, and all i have is fear, but what keeps me grounded is the purple light around the alien.

i have stoped trying to meditate because of this fear.

i know you all will say dont fear but i am not experienced enough to handle that sort of situation. help is needed!!

all the best

i experience this myself, minus the face being seen. i usually combat this by choosing to just meditate for a while, which to me is similar in nature to napping, just awake.

i would assume that when we learn about these topics of spiritual nature, we are at a point where we are assimilating the information so well that we almost inadvertently put ourselves into a pre-meditation state.
also, if you are reading at night you already have falling asleep knocking at your door due to the chemicals your body produces when the sun is not out.

so, when you combine the 2, in my opinion, you are setting yourself up for that "sleep" state because thats where our body wants to put us when we experience slightly higher vibration for any period of time. you will feel like you want to keep learning and really try hard to stay awake, but your brain has already released the chemicals to send you off into "dream land."

my solution, as i stated, would be to simply meditate for about 30 minutes. there are benefits to it obviously, and it will help train your body to use that meditation time for relaxation, just as you would in sleep. it will also help you further your studies instead of catching z's all the time

with me, it is always david's recorded messages. i usually need at least 2 to 3 different sessions to finish an hour long recording. i was thinking maybe it was because i listened late at night, so i would naturally feel sleepy. but then i tried at different times of the day, and i will still doze off.

i don't see alien faces, but i do doze off whenever i listen to david's voice. it took me at least 4 tries to finish the science of peace cd.

i don't think any of the information david has to offer is boring, on the contrary, it is absolutely intriguing, but it sure puts me to sleep almost every time. go figure?

"fear is the mind killer." or thereabouts, written by frank herbert in the classic sci-fi "dune."

as for falling asleep while meditating or reading intensive materials i agree that we might be entering deeper states for more effective downloading, as it were. but i also question how well rested we all really are. the stressors in all of our lives at this time are immense. one of my deepest desires right now would be to take two, three weeks off, and go somewhere to be catered to, to sleep as much as is possible, and to heal. to deeply heal. shangri-la perhaps?!

of course i sense this is just a longing for "home", wherever, whichever density it is that i wandered from. nonetheless, the amount of rest and healing we all need as we try to consciously balance in this rapidly changing "reality" cannot be underestimated, and, given the slightest opportunity, will intrude on my life in an instant. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

i have only had one encounter, during sleep in an out-of-body type state, that i might construe as having been visitation. alien or not, i couldn't tell, but then again, it's a universe. it's one. so they're all kin, one way or another. but at the time, now nearly thirty years ago, it scared the excrement near out of me. a different kind of out-of-the-body experience.

anyway, they were just bright white spheres of light. what was really scary was that there was a scream accompanying them, that started low and quiet but rapidly and uncomfortably grew louder and higher pitched, until i managed to scramble back into my body consciousness and wake up.

twenty minutes later when i tried to return to sleep it instantly happened again.

these many years later though, while not yet having the experience again and actually working through the fear, i understand that the fear was entirely mine. there was no menace of any sort. criminy, they were two white spheres is all. the "screaming" i consider now to have likely been the dissonance between myself in 3d and whatever was visiting from 4d, 6d, wherewhatwhenever. but the fear was mine.

next time, i hope to appropriately announce myself as an awakening eternal being of light working in service to others ala the law of one, and to ask "who the heck be you and what do you represent?!" three times would likely be good.

then...who knows.

bless you all for your sharing, stand in the light, and graciously decline them negative greetings, if that is what they are.

remember, fear is the mind killer.
