hello i'm new here so i thought i would introcuce myself.im 20 years old and i live in miami florida.i have always been into the paranormal but never really knew anyone who thought the way i did or was interested in the divine and things of the paranoraml or et's.so i'm very happy i came across this site with people who have the same intrests and outlooks as me.
well now to my ordeal,to better understand it i'll say it as though you are going thru this

you are laying down after a long night of deep thinking about other beings and density levels.you lay with your eyes closed and you say things in your mind like hello ,can anyone hear me.do you have a name,but you get no responce.i heard of the power of love and how it speeds up your vibration,so you say things like i love god,i love my girl and u focus on everything u love and you think them.you lay there for about 20 minutes next to your girlfriend and 2 month old son.then you suddenly feel a feeling of being pulled upward.you feel scared so you say to yourself in your mind.i am not afraid,i love god, i love jesus.u say it over and over as you are being pulled.then you feel like you are being rocked side to side,the way you would rock a baby from side to side.then you heard what sounds like 10 voices at once.female voices i think.maybe male too but there were all talking at the same time saying differnt things,hard to understand what one was saying.you cant rememebr what they said now but at the time u think did.you heard music too and i buzzing like sound.and you say in your mind "its beautiful,the music is beautiful.(you are not an emotional person at all)then you open your eyes and it stops.you then lock your hands across your chest and you start to feel them being pull apart and placed on your stomach.you are moving them yourself but you feel like you are being forced to.when you resist it is the feeling like when your foot goes to sleep ya know the strong tingly feeling,you open your eyes and you see they are on your stomach.then you close your eyes again and roll on your side,then you feel the feeling of being pulled again and this time u feel like you are being rolled back over on your back,you open your eyes and you are still on your side....well after that i closed my eyes again and i think i jus feel alseep i dont remember exactly,but im sure i wasnt dreaming,i never felt anything that real in a dream,i knew i was awake and i knew i could open my eyes anytime,.i have had some crazy dreams b4 but this i knew was happening as i was awake or in a state of some kind....

i honestly can say i have no doubt watso ever about beings living in another density or existing in pure thought,i am a firm beliver now,i just dont really know what happend that night exactly.but i know it was somethin or someone with me who was doing thoses things.this happend 3 nights ago and now i always lay down and try to speak to watever it was but i get no respnce,i think its because now i am too anxious,its like i feel like im expecting somethin to happen,i cant really focus cuz im too anxious,im going to try to meditate tonight and try again,.but i was scared at first but i wasnt scared like how i feel in a nightmare it was more of a afraid feeling because i didnt know what was going on thats why i started to say i love god and jesus"thats when i felt the rocking feeling.also i dont want anyone to think im making this up based on other peoples experince to get a responce cuz i never really heard somethin like this happen to anyone.this ordeal is what made me reachout on the internet and try to find a forum with peopel who may have an understanding of this or atleast a strong opinon rather than"maybe you were dreaming"also i dont think i was abducted either.i just didnt get that kind of feeling although it may be possible i was .i really think i was being visted by another being or maybe i was visting another demension,i say this because b4 i went to sleep i was listening to differnt solfeggio frequencys on youtube and watching and reading alot about differnt desity's.and i have been very into this lately. and as i lay there that was my goal to speak to a being of another stae or density i was speaking in my mind trying hard to focus on any and every thought and feeling,i've always been interested in ufos aliens since i was about 8 and i always wanted to know more about human existance i always asked questions the preacher or my parents couldnt answer ,the whole adam and eve from sand thing never sit to well with me so i was always conviced there was more we dont know and for the past 3 months i have been looking deeply into the density levels and beings and people who have contact with them like [channeler name] ...and thats night when this happend i was really in a deep thought state,i find myself feeling tired after i read alot into this,.but anyway i just want to know if anyone can help me out and give me an opinion with an open mind.

sounds like you're doing well. no advice except keep positive, try to meditate, and don't try to rush things too much. good luck!:d

hmmm, well when that exact same thing happened to me, (i was on a couch though) it was right before 911.

i kept going even though my mind somewhat resisted, my body didn't resist at all. it was in no way like astral travel where i feel more like i am in the same space but just "beside" myself or behind the mirror or something.

this was way different, as i was no longer "right here" but was instead pulled up into a pure white light. there was a man there with white hair who kind of lectured me in a way to get me back on track etc.

even though i know now it was an experience out of loving intent, at the time i was absolutly terrified, and still remeber struggling on the way back to my body being paralized for a bit after i got back.

it was the same except for the buzzing and noises part is more like astral travel beginging for some people. for me it is pretty much quiet and peaceful except for some guides that have talked to me quietly a few times.

yes i was paralized for a bit to after i felt like i was being rolled back onto my back.and i remember being able to move only my feet,like scrunch my toes.you think those vocies were my higher selves?of another being ,and if so,of what density cuz i didnt see any forms i think and i didnt see any lights.but when i first started laying down and thinking of all the things i loves i swear i saw a kind of blue outline of a body waiste up only..thats all tho.i really hope this happends again cuz i have so much i want to learn from whoever it was and from the experience itself cuz i really have a 100% differnt outlook on life now after this happends.i will not ever feel the same about life and what it is.in a good way tho.(excuse the typos i type really fast)

when you first go out of body, you are in the 3rd density astral realm. things will see touch and feel as though you are still in your physical body. usually when you go out, a spirit guide or two will be present. you can ask them to take you to 4th density to show it to you. depending on what is for your greater good, they may or may not take you there. that is up to them. they will only show you things that will contribute to your greater good. you also have to remain emotionaly distant from the experience while out. this is a very difficult thing to accomplish because everything is new and exciting. it may take quite a few trips out until you begin to accomplish this. if you get to emotional when out, you will snap right back in.

i was inferring that everyone has the 6th or rarely 7th density higher self.

ok,but is there i chance i could get stuck out of body,i hear stories of people dying in their sleep with no cause of death.and when out of body do you see other beings around you?and if so who are they?and when im out of body am i vunerable to sts or demonic beings?can they hurt me.

part of the prayer you are doing should be for protection from these things weather you are in your body or not. a good prayer for this is...

angelic forces, please watch over me and if any negative earthbound spirits or disincarnate entities attempt to approach me take them to where they are supposed to be.

as far as my reasearch into the experts on this subject, you wont get stuck outside your body unless your body is damaged and you are in the process of dyeing.

a prayer that has no meaning to the speaker has no power for the speaker. words are only infused with energy under the direct choice of the person using them.

the prayer one chooses to use should be thought of by the person using it, calling upon things they truly resonate with. otherwise its just meaningless words.

same goes for wicca, if you dont believe in the ritual then nothing ever happens. the rituals themselves are powerless. it is the suggestive power/co-creation of the person involved that makes "magic" happen.

the actions of prayer/ritual/service etc only hold weight if the person believes they have power, otherwise these things are non-essential and the simple conscious choice/drive of the individual is all that is required.

i.e. no prayer, no mass, no altars, no voodoo witch doctors, simply knowing and understanding that you are protected, you have power over your existance, and your free will is the will of god, thus it is divine, is all you need.

well i can totally identify myself with you... i am also of your age and the first time i tried meditation seriously i had a similar feeling of being pulled out of my body. i remember feeling my very first orgasm when this happened...

i didnt let myself completely go because i was too anxious of this experience, i tried to had this same experience a few times but still with no succes and i have the same feeling of expecting something... your love has to be pure, i think, in the sence of not focussing in something particular...
