i am fairly new to this forum and have surfed through the previous postings but have not seen any discussions under this thread heading. so my inquiry is directed to anyone who has knowledge on this heading. who are the entities that make up this council? what is the function played by this consciousness in our solar system? what dimension or dimensions does this operate in? what if anything does ra have to say about this as to its role?

in session 6.6 ra states the council of saturn is of the octave or eighth dimension and is located in what we know as the rings. it's composition consists of representatives from the confederation and those from our vibratory level from our inner planes that are responsible for our third density [poster's comment: ascended masters?].

in session 7.9 ra provides the information that the number of members is normally nine but is balanced [poster's comment: i believe that would indicate that the membership is adjusted or changed] irregularly. ra also states that there are 24 other entities that back up the nine to provide input/judgment/advisory and they are called guardians. the primary duties of the council are the admission of social memory complexes to the confederation, offering aid to those of the confederation who may be confused as to how to aid a social memory complex calling in a manner consistent with the call, the law of one, and the number of entities calling, and to address internal questions relating to the council.
