when this physical manifestation first cropped up i just chalked it up to family genetics and getting older. but i have since began to rethink it. i've been experiencing high blood pressure with some mild headaches. the thing is, that my blood pressure is high, but my heart rate is around the mid-seventies. instead of having my doctor throw some medication at me that i don't want, i've been wondering about the possibility that i may just be making a physical adjustment to the shift. i've been on a colon cleanse(colonix)for about a month and a half now and i feel better than i've felt in a long time. and then i was talking to a friend of mine(close to my age)and i mentioned that my blood pressure was pretty high these days. she said, "mine too! the weird thing is that my heart rate is so steady and stays around the sixties to seventies. my heart doesn't seem to be working hard and i don't feel any other symptoms."
this is someone who isn't even acquainted with ascension material. so, i know that she isn't speaking from there. i was just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or could share some information about some of the physical manifestations that can be expected during the transition. perhaps some suggestions to ease and assist the change so that i don't overtax my cardio system would be helpful. thanks |

i don't know what to recommend for you except that i'm 24 years old, 135 pounds, totally clean bill of health from a recent extensive blood test, and i get a lot of pressure around my heart also. a few times i was even worried enough to go to the er and find out nothing was wrong with me.
you might consider acupuncture as well as more physical exercise because that can help you deal with the excess energy. |

intresting =) i'm experiencing similar things! meditation is good for this! =)
2-3 years ago i started feeling dizzy and my concentration/conscience totally changed, maybe sounds wierd but thats the truth =) i experience more pressure and more mild headaches, mostly a pressure in my head. i went to the doctor to get my blood checked, and she told me it's all normal, only my blood pressure was a little high. i'm aware of the symptoms when you have high blood pressure, ive had it before, but this is rather different.. i could get worried, and these days i just don't care, i meditate on it =) it calms me down =) dihlon, try meditating on it, and focus on the pressure, remember; ignoring that its there will only make it bad. instead accept the fact that you are experiencing it, and accept it basiclly. same goes for any experience, you make it worse by ignoring its there. why would you ignore a part of yourself? focus and meditate on it =) cheers buddy! |

a few years ago i also starting experiencing high blood pressure and am now under a doctor's care for it, and believe me, that's the last place i want to be as i have always used herbs and homeopathy but i needed to get it under immediate control. i am also attempting to lose some extra weight i have developed around the middle, which will also bring it down.
there aren't any symptoms, except for the headaches, and that is why it is called the silent killer. perhaps there is another otherworldly reason for this but it might just be what it is and that is age and dna. i am also on 2 baby aspirin a day which keeps the blood thin enough so that i don't have to take rat poison, yes rat poison, a real rx called warfarin, to control it. i am no doctor, at least not one licensed in this lifetime, but for me personally, i don't eat large quantities of the foods that contain high amounts of vitamin k because that thickens the blood and if it were to clot inside my body, it would lead to a stroke. vitamin k is the vitamin that aids clotting and is not, as i understand it, present in the human body until around day 8 after birth and, if i'm not mistaken, that is why, traditionally, jewish babies are not circumsized in the few days right after birth. at any rate, it's not something to fool around with (especially if you eat a lot of leafy greens, broccoli, spinach even some oils - there are lists available on the internet of high vitamin k foods) because it can lead to a stroke and however you plan to get it down, it is my unprofessional suggestion to do so as quickly as possible. check edgar cayce's old remedies, maybe there is something that he suggested for high blood pressure. :d good health to you. when this physical manifestation first cropped up i just chalked it up to family genetics and getting older. but i have since began to rethink it. i've been experiencing high blood pressure with some mild headaches. the thing is, that my blood pressure is high, but my heart rate is around the mid-seventies. instead of having my doctor throw some medication at me that i don't want, i've been wondering about the possibility that i may just be making a physical adjustment to the shift. i've been on a colon cleanse(colonix)for about a month and a half now and i feel better than i've felt in a long time. and then i was talking to a friend of mine(close to my age)and i mentioned that my blood pressure was pretty high these days. she said, "mine too! the weird thing is that my heart rate is so steady and stays around the sixties to seventies. my heart doesn't seem to be working hard and i don't feel any other symptoms." |

hey dihlon,
i can't speak to physical manifestation's in light of the shift, but perhaps i can help shed some light on your high blood pressure situation in a more down-to-earth manner. but first, the dreaded universally required "disclaimer": "i am not a medical professional and i do not have any legal right to advise anyone on any health/disease issue." i simply enjoy trying to stay healthy using more natural means than are presently seen in modern day "health" care. (most doctor's treat symptoms, or effects rather than underlying causes.) ok, that said, you mentioned no other change in your daily routine except the colon cleanse which in my opinion, makes it immediately suspect. i will tell you i don't know anything about the particular colon cleanse you are taking, but at one time i had seen a traditionally trained doctor (allopathic) who was a fan of edgar cayce's and saw some things a bit differently than many of today's doctor's. to make a long story short, she advised against the use of colonic's, preferring the more gentler fiber induced intestinal cleanses, due to the fact that colonic's upset the body's normal electrolyte balance, especially sodium/potassium which is the body's main blood pressure mechanism! also necessary mineral's are "washed out" of the intestine that normally would be reabsorbed as needed! (i have researched this on the net and found indeed it is so.) although it doesn't sound like what you are doing is a straightforward "colonic", perhaps it is still "cleansing" more than is necessary, without replacing, and maybe a routine check on electrolyte and mineral levels with your doctor would be wise. i would recommend a book called "the high blood pressure solution" by richard moore, m.d., ph.d. it goes into detail about food choices considering electrolyte balance, most importantly the ratio of sodium to potassium, along with others. it's big message is that high blood pressure is not an inevitability as we age, nor is it an inherited problem, but rather a lifestyle problem. also there's always the ever-informative internet... here's hoping your bp shift's down before you shift up! mary |
