Default curious question-planets and constellations
hello to all,

first off, i wanted to post a link for a neat site in the sky tonight. we will have a crescent moon with mars twinkling above it. also leo the lion will be in like a head down position looking at the moon and mars. soon mars and the heart of the lion (regulus) will have a conjunction, this will be the brightest conjunction of 2008.

my question is for those who have an idea of the meaning of 'when planets are within a constellation'. what does it mean when saturn is in my constellation and what does it mean when mars comes into my constellation? i know there are some here who understand this kind of stuff, if anyone could help me with what all of this would mean i would be greatly appreciated.

peace to all,

most likely meaning 'house' (one of 12) as opposed to 'signs', (one of 12).
and that you can look up on most any astrology site.

greetings lynette,
i suspect that what you are talking about comes under the realms of astrology.
as planets move around the sun and we observe them from earth they appear to to move through the various constellations that form a backdrop. the planets are not actually ' in ' the constellations, they are just in that area of the sky and appear to move through them. in astrological terms this has some significance.
a look through some astrological web sites will probably enlighten you a bit.
i hope this helps.

peace and love to you
