my friends i thought i had to share this with all of you, a certain exercise you can do to open up your third eye in 4 days or possibly sooner. a certain mantra you can use. here's the link to know how and omg it really works, i've only done it for 2 minutes and it's really working.
first you need to siting straight up with your back straight, or lying down straight as long as your back is straight. breathe through your nose on one breath but on the exhale take your tongue in between your teeth and say the word toe (thoooohhhhhhhhhhhh) slowly or you can use oh, and stretch it out like oohhhhhhhhhhh. if you feel your tongue and your teeth vibrating your doing it right, it has to be a certain pitch but you'll be able to find the pitch pretty easily. if you havn't done this before your going to feel like thobbing in your forehead after like 3 to 5 minutes everyday, and that's all you need for 3 to 4 days you should have it completely open by the 3rd day or 4th, you might get a serious migrane headache that last for hours, but don't worry that's normal it'll go away, the more your 3rd eye opens the less the pounding or throbbing if you have any questions just ask. it is important to do it every 24 hours for 4 days now you can stop and it'll be completely open but if you want to increase kinda of like lifting weights you can continue doing the exercise every day and open it even more. i have the link to where i found this and i can post that up on here later. please let me know how this works for you, now you only need to do it 5 to 7 times correctly to make it work or you can do it 3 to 5 min it's up to you on how long, just don't worry if you get alot of pressure, oh and by the way like you'll wake up one morning and it'll be tingling and it might feel like a goosebump on your forehead that's normal to just keep doing the exercises it'll get better. this will change your life in alot of ways peace and love |

on the exhale place your tongue on the the top part of your teeth like in between the gums and the edge, but very softly and relaxed you don't have to open your jaw too far to do this. you might feel pressure in your jaw and or cheeks. if you fee the throbbing in your forehead it's also working, all you need to have is feel the vibration of your tongue on your teeth and if your teeth is vibrating then you know your doing it right. try to relax your tounge while doing this to. the more you try it the more easier it gets. here's the link to where i found it. remember you have to find the correct pitch that makes your tongue vibrate
