this is a question for anyone who has bought stuff from the online store: is 'the journey' sent as a physical cd to the address you enter when registering at the online-store site or is it an .mp3 you can download?

and also--did you like it??? do you recc. it to others? thanks.

i received an e-mail to confirm the order, immediately after confirming i received another e-mail with the link for the mp3 download.

the journey is a wonderfull tool to relieve stress or just to relax. it reminds you of simplicity and brings you back to that loving peacefull atmosphere. i love the extended version and sometimes listen to it over and over. i also enjoy the "purpose" music that came with the "what's my purpose" reading from ra.

thank you--my main concern was that an mp3 link wouldn't be available. i'll go purchase that right now!
