channeled information can absolutely get you going down the wrong track. entities newly passed over are not necessarily more wise than they were alive. you also have to discern between negative and positive polarized entities. therefore..... don't settle for anything less than the best - go for your own or another higher self. that means at least 6th density. demand that the information is superlogical - that means that you just cant debate it. it makes too much sense. it should also be short and concise. there is a lot of wordy stuff out there that doesn't really mean anything. and least but not last - it should make sense with with what you otherwise know to be true and it should help to remove fear. the fear trip, warnings etc are all about negative density.

i have only channeled once - in a hypnotic trance i was in front of the three "masters" that guide us in the time we are between lives. the stuff they gave me was never anything i had thought about before. the good sources will not test you, tease you or play games with you. they just tell it like it is.

see leviton as one who has done his homework and developed his soul capacities.he writes elsewhere of his connection with higher angelic family. he does not incorporate his own experiences in "imagination". he does mention carla as an example of the sleeping prophet channel. also, speaks of jane roberts, kevin ryerson, couse in miracles, david spangler and ken carey(among others).
can speak as someone who considers cayce the single most powerful influence in her life. "imagination" is solid scholarship and would welcome "law of one" students familiarity with it, as, in my opinion, enrichment reading for what steiner defines as epoch of "the consciousness soul", which leviton elaborates:

p.47 "the year 1413 a.d. marked the beginning of a 2,160 year long manifestation of the human consciousness soul, a process that will culminate around the year 3573 a.d. steiner called each of these 2,160 year phases a post-atlantean cultural epoch, as a way of dating recent history from the collapse of the atlantean civilizaton, which, incidentally, was for him, a fact. the specificity of the number 2,160 for each cultural epoch is not arbitrary but is a direct correlation with a cosmic cycle."

i gives my thanks to all who posted responses. everyone gave me great things to ponder on.

i still feel, in my gutt, that in a way, some of the info given through these channels goes against the idea of free will. i dont know if i find it nesessary that we have the detailed information of certain numbers to define us, like for example, the 51% service to others.

i hear many awaiting fleets of ufos. i feel deep in my gut that this is not good. i cant shake it. so the more ufo sightings that we see, to me, is nothing short then a warning. i do feel there are light beings that are of the divine relhm, but the ones that we are seeing in the skies now, i get bad vibes. so, the channeled info to me, could be dangerous, no matter how much sense it makes. i guess that is why i feel its important to ground yourself with your inner voice, for your inner voice cant deceive you. i for one am defiantly not awaiting a fleet of ufos to come guide me out of here. if an ascension is to come from the divine source, thee will not need a ufo to take me on my ascension. mabey this is just my views, but i still will share them.

think about the past stories. history repeats itself. our past visitors from the skies have not been very friendly.

where did the whole idea of the level of dimensions come from relating to the 4d positive and 4d negative ect....did this originate with ra or do older teachings talk about this? when did the term sto ect..originate?

thank you for your patients in dealing with my wondering and curious mind. i understand that the law of one thread is specifically for discussion on the material of ra and i appreciate the understanding your trying to relay for me.i apologize once again is anyone takes offense to my curiosities.

i truly do struggle with this though, i want to have faith in the idea that someone has giving us answers to somethings that we never would be able to understand or have, but its so hard for me. mabey i feel left out in the cold in a way when i can see others come together and agree that 'yes, these answers are correct'. my question that goes through my mind mainly have to do with the feeling that everyone wont leave this earth but ra says everyone will. my other question has to do with my feelings of the idea that within this last 20 or so years i have felt that some great deceivers were going to have access to us and our thoughts, so im cautious of information coming from 'another level of our reality'.

one of the first fears we have, unless we have an exceptional mentor, is that we die and it all ends. no reprieve, no second chance...that's it! but, when you start opening to the concept of reincarnation and a soul that cannot die, and really start believing it, the thought of death in 3d does not create such an impact, really. yes, ra does hint at 3d ending, from their viewpoint, but they see all of us continuing on somewhere else according to our spiritual vibration at the time. so, ra is really empowering us by telling us that it is our choice where we go by how we react to our catalysts. ahem, we can't blame anyone else, inow

can others have access to our thoughts and use us to their advantage? only if you let them is my answer. if your fear attracts them, they will feed off of you and try to sway you into that fear mode. if you love them and wish them on their way, it will be like the same sides of a magnet, and they will be repulsed. if you understand who you are and realize your fears, they can't hold that power over you, because you will recognise their sales pitch.

as far as channelled material in general, this forum only recognizes a few channellers listed in david's recommended reading list. he personally is always commenting on how a channeller's message is directly affected by the channel itself, so if the channel's lifestyle is less than perfect (which most are, the information being channelled can be distorted and prone to negative intervention. in fact, david feels all material such as this will always contain some distortion simply because the physical vehicle is prone to that sort of thing (hormones,family stuff, etc), so your discernment is a very good sign that you recognise this.

i can totally relate to you on that one.
where your talking about the "great deceivers" coming to our reality,and using people like so many philosophers we see out there talking about all this ufo stuff. i do beleive in ufo's though because last year i saw one outside my house with my husband and we even called over a neighbour witness and two or three random people off the side walk to bear witness.
we saw a ball shaped silver object,well you could see the sun beeming off of it when it turned in the air at certain moments.it stayed in the air for more than a half an hour about that. anyway beleive man, because they are real.
this object dissapeared into thin air on a clear day.(now that sounds a lot like what david wilcock was saying about the ufo's waiting for the planetary alignement to occur and the time space to open up like a worm hole, and they dissapear!)

thank you for your time for helping me feel like the road im on isnt a lonely one. sometimes when i realize how many implanted beliefs influenced me through my past and i compare that time of past to now when i have been able to discern through many things, i get that true sense of me. sometimes i will feel the human desire to find a answer within books and the sky, but ultimately, they just point things out about myself that i already knew, but had forgotten. so even though i feel sure footed on my path, rather it be alone or not, i feel the desire for others who are on this same wave. i feel very blessed to of found the many here and am thankful for everyone.

another question about channeling-

if one is able to channel some enlightening information, can we assume that at one point the soul that is doing the channeling was or is in some way directly connected to the entity bringing the information through, such as a past or future self? like for example, there are many old text that talk about angels and prophets, and how some of the prophets claimed to of been an angel or returned to being an angel. wouldnt this make sense that the early prophets had a close connection with a divine higher self, so their information was coming from their own self, their past self? so on my line of thinking here, anyone that can connect with a channel from ra, wouldnt they have to be directly connected with ra in the self aspect? do i make any sense? i understand the connection of david/edgar/ra ta, but i have trouble with the understanding of the ra/carla connection. i know, i know, im nit picking here, but if someone could enlighten me of how carla and her past self could relate with ra, i would be interested in understanding this.

in terms of how carla and ra might relate, and edgar, david and ra ta for that matter, perhaps it will be helpful to look at it in a less linear sense. here in 3d, time is a single linear dimension. but that is just here. so we tend to think of such possible connections in those terms. but those connections don't come from here.

think instead of associative incarnative personalities as all belonging together in a sphere at the same time, outside of linear time. each of us is then likely connected to a sphere of a great number of "personalities" and within this 3d incarnation if we connect with one of the personalities within that sphere we tend to think, if we can associate the being to a past time, they are a previous incarnation unique to us. or, if it appears to be highly advanced, we might think of them as coming from the future, or being way beyond us in evolutionary terms.

but in 4d and beyond, all those personalities exist simultaneously, rather like ra is described as a societal memory complex. i think that is what occurs when all the associative personalities realize their singularity.

in this way we might find carla, ra, david, edgar, ra-ta, and half the folk on this forum are actually already all part of a huge sphere of personalities, and that any one of them may then potentially access any other personality within that sphere.

anyway, i hope that is a helpful way to look at it for you, as expansive and not linear. after all, it is all one anyway. ain't that the law?!

my opinions...

the fact is that you are asking intellectual questions that deal with elements outside of our proper sphere. we have come into this experience with a veil purposely designed to cut off our past knowledge of the very things you are inquiring about. in this life experience such knowledge could be a quagmire rather than the ground of solid help you desire and speculate it to be.

the job of living is for us to struggle in trying to sort life-things out -- right or wrong -- by doing so we disclose our true core of being through our "free will" actions. all of us have vast qualities and powers accumulated through many experiences ... but in this temporary life we have specific, limited goals to accomplish, and to facilitate this task have chosen to suspend many of our earned abilities. (perhaps the local "village idiot" savant is really albert einstein, stripped down and coming back to work on and polish some vital, but neglected personal facet of his total being.)

the ra informed the trio that they had been looking far and wide for the right combination of spiritual attunment that would allow them to come through clearly on a very narrow communication band. many questions were not answered directly. the ra had a purpose and it did not include flighty questions of transient importance, or any inquiries that might infringe on the law of confusion by spilling the beans (the vital law of confusion: "let me do it, mommy!)

the question was raised as to the spiritual level of the three "wanderer's". the reply was that two were of 6th density and one of fifth...the ra did not allow the information concerning which one was what. a hint was given that the three had worked harmoniously together in the past and thus that succesful background made this particular team the one of choice for the ra's communication.

since we are all one in reality that fact does undermine the idea that spiritual despotism is needed for communication. it has been mentioned in the past that the special communication with the higher level of 6th density ra is rare. the ra advises that for transient information local inner-plane astral sources are a better source of such information. for instance, one doesn't go to the encyclopedia brittanica to determine the correct spelling of "mayebe", rather one consults a dictionary to discover it is actually spelled more simply and economically as "maybe".

and yes, there are malevolent spirits abroad. they are clever and do diddle things. one infamous example of their serious tweakings is evidenced in the old testament.

the ra philosophy of "religion" makes infinitely more sense to me.

lynette, i hope this helps somewhat. at least one part above can pass the crucial litmus test...and that is no less a fact than that "maybe" is indded spelled "maybe". there will be a surprise exam given next week!
